Hello im 22 years old male I had a grade 2 tear in my ACL and PCL knee ligaments. Currently, I don't have any issues with walking normally. However, about 10 minutes ago, a strong popping sound occurred in my knee while I was bending it. It felt like some pressure was released, and now it feels more free.
