→ She looks like she is going to super exciting. A tank mage is something we haven't had in a long time and it looks like that is exactly where she is headed towards. Looks like a possible Jungle/Top primary flex. Very excited to play her, as she looks to be taking on the same approach as Sett in that she is super easy to just dive right in with.

So in a teamfight, flash Q R does the following: 1. Deals true damage to whoever you hit with the edge 2. Deals % max hp dmg over time to everyone 3. Slows everyone 4. Sleeps everyone 5. Gives you a massive ms boost 6. Applies doubled liandry's damage to everyone People are going to love playing against this

Riot dev on reddit posted some missing ability info: "Something the video is really underselling is the movement speed. It stacks up to 5 times and is granted on every ability hit. Her game is about keeping the movement speed stacked up and using it to play a hit and run style or roam around the map. Not rammus fast, but she can keep it up for longer by hitting jungle camps. Current numbers (obviously subject to change): Each stack grants 7-11% (based on Q rank) movement speed for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Stacks fall off 1 at a time, at a rate of 1/second."

If we assume Riot has been acquiring exp for 10 years, 200 years of exp would mean the balance team gains exp at the rate of ~20 years/year. It hasn't been a full year since Aphelios release, therefore the Riot balance team has acquired a bit less than 220 years by now.

@@Immor7alBG I've played dota before and i called all the champion abilities by their names cus they seemed intuitive but in LoL it seems there's too much to block you from doing that. You can't even see the enemies' abilities in-game nor read about them and some have names that just mind fuck u so hard unless u put in the time to remember.

Just watched a video of her. Fun things to consider: E, as it said in the reveal, doesn't have a range limit but neither does her Ult. You snipe someone from down lane or river and you can put them to sleep. The W doesn't appear to be able to jump over walls. Q has a base 4 second cooldown so 40-45% cdr might be goofy. Her attacks look to be Thresh-ranged melee so Grasp/Conquerer might be in the cards for top lane.

i feel like since the rework of sejuani, riots been wanting a tank that can have a similar teamfight setup as the old 5 man-stun sej had. I think they perfectly nailed it, because the delayed 5 man sleep sounds bonkers, but still allows enemies to actually have some counterplay against it. Needless to say, waiting for her numbers to be released

So what kind of build would we be looking at since AP/Bruiser items are kinda lacking or would it be just Runic Echoes into straight tank? Unless you wanna go Runic into like a Zhonyas/Rylais/Liandries kinda build. Wonder what runes would be best, maybe Electrocute or Phase Rush? Maybe Predator would be good so you can get right into a fight.

My thoughts: She'll be ap, but pretty squishy. And I don't think that's a problem. She prob has high movement speed bc they're going for a hit-and-run tatic, and i imagine her base damages being fairly low to keep her from being too broken, and her bane would be enemies with easy stuns and/or roots. What I think might work? Im thinking maybe healing from ability damage might work with her passive if her passive ends up scaling from ap, since her passive is triggered by abilities. If not? Prob full ap. With the way she looks I highly doubt she'll be tanky.

Speaking of junglers, would love to see a vid where you analyze what scaling junglers need in order to break into the meta/pro play more often, like zix, kayn, eve, fiddle, rengar, etc. I know it’s a long shot, I’m just a little bored of seeing Lee Trundle Olaf. I like how Sett and Volibear have been jungling competitively lately, but the pro jungle pool is nowhere near as diverse as the pools for any other role.

The passive states that it's the "target's" max hp, not her own max hp, unless I'm misinterpreting it. This would mean the higher hp the enemy she's attacking, the more damage she will does. So her just being a straight up tank )her hp) wouldn't affect the passive.

I think they will have a hard time balancing her, due to the nature of the damage types. % max hp, aoe true dmg and a possible 5 man sleepy trouble bubble, this is just really insane op-potential. but i'm excited, she looks fun. and she seems to be relatively short ranged, even with q, so that's a plus. I'd love if Riot gave a dmg-type overhaul to many of the season 1 mages etc, considering even a LeBlanc, who I distincly remember being very fucking strong since she came out mostly, looks boring if you compare the flat magic dmg to what new champs come equipped with

Just played my first game of Lilia (Jungle)... Such a goofy champ. A fun one though. But I don't think rank 1 W should do about 250dmg (when it hits the center). Makes for strong early ganks. And her mobility due to the ms is just wtf xD

First it’s yasou the balancing nightmare people still regularly ban just for the fuck of it. then akali rework they had to delete like 50% of, not to mention lb and rengar reworks they had to straight up ctrl z. I think it’s about time riot learned not to overload kits.
