It’s ok though to share you have standards and also share not having those standards met. It’s an aspect many wish to silence, that most people get to a point where they need to get up and leave or they will sink mental health wise, if they stay in the same situation. It’s often wise though, to land in one’s emotions before sharing because if it’s too fresh you might get to a later stage where you feel that you have overshared. It shouldn’t always be viewed as bashing, when speaking of an experience. Please be mindful of the reality that many people put lots of trust in the silence and use it in the wrong way.
