Dan takes a stab at roasting our New Classic Espresso blend in the Bullet, and it predictably doesn't handle quite as expected! Nevertheless, the Full City+ roast outlined in this video tasted amazing, and is very simple to replicate.

How are you getting the turnaround temps that low? When i followed this profile, my t/a temp was around 220F...

thanks for the video, I have heard when the RoR "flatlines" like it did from 7-10m it can affect the roast quite dramatically, is this true? everyone always tells me my RoR needs to be decreasing consistently thanks

The Bullet offers so much control it does a great job with all coffees, including floral-fruity Ethiopias.
