Elated that I've stumbled upon this video and I don't have to waste money on an 70 gallon aquarium.I already have a kiddie pool in the basement that's no longer in use for bathing a dog I've lost Nov.2023 .Especially after deciding on getting a turtle this yr. Really nice setup! I like the fact you've made a more natural setup. I've been tempted by musk turtles since seeing a rescue one, I think if one day I have the space I'd like a similar more natural setup.

this is actually a male? looks more like a female to me....... short claws? short tail? round and high/big shell?..... yeah i think it's a girl. so.... she will need a box full of sand that she can lay eggs in (unfertilized eggs). idk what species you got, but make sure to provide her with one once she is old enough. nice pond btw, I'm going to do that for my slider and cooter when I got a garden or balcony/terrace :) I'm a new turtle channel here (even though I've had sliders for 14 years lol) and you're my second subscription :D
