This engine came out of a 2004 grand marquis. Which is the same engine as a 2011. The only thing thats gonna be different if your doing a direct swap is the intake, exhaust, oil pan and a few small things, but the engine itself is exactly the same. The 2011 should be a pi romeo engine. And your 99 gt should have pi windsor heads. Slighty different but the swap would work
yee bro I have a 1999 GT drop top lookin clean af. All cylinders got low compression and a few dead. if you bought a healthy motor for the price of a full gasket set...... bruh. from what cars got the same motor mounting and connective to transmission
