First time I have heard an acknowledgement on the flip side of menopause concerning cold chills. Feeling icy cold well after having a hot flash (and my body has regulated to normal) to where it feels like a prolonged cold chill over my entire body for minutes on end.

Oh my -- this is great news!!! I just got on HRT (this past October after overcoming my fear and hesitation after learning the flawed results from the WHI report) because my standard of life was absolutely in the toilet -- just miserable -- my hot flashes and night sweats have been ridiculous. But, HRT has been a literal lifesaver for my mental health and overall well-being. I'm interested in learning more about this new FDA option....
