Konami is acting like MR4 didn't shatter pends at the kneecaps. You could unlimit every pend card, astrograph included, and their support cards, like electrumite to 3, and it STILL wouldn't be rogue because of MR4.

@@bobby45825 Pendulums already are rogue, they're in the same tier of go first to win combo negate decks like mannadium. I see them regularly in master rank using the zarc cards.

@@bobby45825 What tier lists are you looking at? I'm looking at master duel meta where neither mannadium or pendulum soup show up in tier 1-3 because no one is bringing either to the tournaments. Outside tier lists I see both in master rank.

Sure that is true, if you're playing an xyz deck no reason not to run zeus. But those can also run typhon in addition to zeus with that generic ass summoning. That's really the only reason typhon sees more play

That depends on the opponent really. Some of them spam special summons until they have at least 2 negates. In that instance double Zeus wipe doesn't do much while Typhon would completely shut down most if not all their negates.

Stronger in splashability I think. You can't really splash Zeus in all decks (though still generic), but Ty-Phon is both more generic and easier to summon, especially for turn 2 players.

Yeah I never understood why they made it 2900. It is supposed to counter 3k+ monsters, but they can just beat over it anyway, so kinda pointless. And it is not like you can make Typhon on your turn and keep playing.

You really wanna card back in the game that’s basically an untargetable easy x5 Omni negate that can’t realistically be outed without droplet or kaijus but ALSO only needs one spell, a dm and an Abaz for cost to get on the board in the first place? No thanks

@@RedMage8BT I hear ya. You’re likely right. But it’s hard to tell with Konami on MD. They pull crap outta nowhere every so often. And with MD getting so close to TCG I just feel like anything can happen at this point. I do think Dkayed put Fiendsmith further out vaguely anyways now that I think about it. Either way, I basically have backed off Fiendsmith and am expecting the worst- Tenpai. I hope not though.

I guess the second pack will be mostly reprints, just like the Diabellestar pack, or maybe a secret Pack for Runicks, Chimera or something that's still missing pack.

Well only the spin. Cuz Z-arc doesnt negate it just prevents the opponent from activating

the only monsters typhoon floodgates can still destroy it by battle as he himself has lower than 3000 atk, also continuous effects continue to work, he isn't nearly as strong as zeus but he is more used because any deck can do it.

​@gab4198 unless you have an equip spell or field spell that boosts it over 3000, Kashtira and noble knights can easily do that

@@gab4198 Theres decks that can easily use and abuse this card. I can already see the shit ppl are gonna be pulling off. They'll summon all their negates, use the horus engine, use one of their beefier horus cards to xyz into typhon right at the end and bam youre 3000 or more monsters are locked, you cant use your own imsety or monsters with 3000 or more attack and bam. Typhon's a good out to boards that have monster negates that are 3000 or over. As long as youve got smaller monsters that can wipe the field you're good.

​@@doom9128they need two level 12 monsters to do that if they are going first, cause the other summoning condition is that your opponent summons 2 or more monster from the extra deck.
