I like it. A question. Do you think the Raptor with its extra width would have any trouble with the trail you used for this video? And do you know, does the Raptor come with the rear locking diff and front torsion diff that come on the Tremor? I wish I could get the front torsion diff and rear locking diff of the Tremor as an option on the Platinum/Platinum Plus coming in 2025, oh and the skid plates.
I do think people often exaggerate the cons of living with a Raptor. Sure, it’s wide but you’ll get used to it. You’ll probably gonna get scratched a lot on narrow trails but it’s an off-road truck. You’re supposed to use it… The Raptor has rear locking differential but open front. Torsen was an option but can’t get it anymore. From my experience, the Raptor is so capable I’ve never had to use it. Went to Colorado and did a few trails and the most I used was 4 low.
@@whocaresjustdoit Interesting though that the 2025 Tremor will have the Torsion Front Diff and rear lockers, while the Raptor will only have the rear lockers. I assume there's something under the Raptor that makes up for the lack of a torsion front diff? In any case, thank you for the specific and thorough reply. Much appreciated. On another Raptor matter, I've heard that the 2025 Raptor will increase the max payload and tow capacity some, not a lot but some. That's good, but I wish those figures were higher. The Tremor is between the Raptor and regular F150's in this regard. I might at some point take my pickup part-time overlanding, maybe with a pop up tent and stuff, and that weight adds up, not huge, but some.
