Honestly, didn't even realize it was gay. Mostly because I was thinking it was similar to Kiryu's whole thing where while the song is about lovers, Kiryu uses the song to vent about the death of his Brother.
I wrote some but dunno if my reply successfully sent oops, but basically took a few weeks. Hard to tell cus time was spread out and I had school. Stayed in school after the days were over and used their computer software to edit (that probably took the most time combined) Filming took a few days. Environmental/still shots I did myself, some I had my dad hold the camera, the ones with other people acting was done in a few hours since they didn't have much time, so it was quite on-the-spot and improvised, hah. For writing my english version it took a while for words to get to me, sometimes I'd go out on my bike and a rhyme might pop up in my head. As for the singing itself, I just tried to embody the OG singer, though he is a god among men so that's hard lol
