thanks for update, been interested in your training program~ quick question, what if i do have a recognized degree (non-IT related major ) , and i do have confidence in finding a developer job in Germany, but i am having difficulty to prove that 3 years above experience, since i was mostly freelancing or self-emplyed during the past 5+ years, any suggestions? thanks
Hi @sunnyshiny3029 You may book a call with us and we will check your profile. There is a need to prove that you were working on projects (freelancing) and also these projects should be quite interesting and professional.
One of the common problems after arriving in Germany is how long it takes to get an Auslanderbehorde appointment for the blue card and how long it takes to process it. In your program how long does this whole thing take in Munich and Berlin? Does using VisaRight make this appointment thing faster in any way? And do you use Business Immigration Service? Danke!
Hi @jaidseepsingh9728, thanks for your comment. In Germany, each city or district is in charge of organizing their own immigration offices. You are right that waiting times for Berlin are high, whereas in Hannover or Düsseldorf, for example, we've seen applicants get their Blue Cards within 3 months. As far as we know VisaRight only works with corporates, not individual applicants. The Business Immigration Service is also focused on supporting companies, but you can always try to see if they have any advice for you.
@@FAJIGBerlinthanks for the reply. sorry let me rephrase my question. do applicants who partner with you for finding a job as per your program (and thereby end up using visaright through you) get any benefits of the business immigration service for faster appointments and visa processing?
Hello guys! Can you tell me the new laws for Blue card in Germany is for new applicants or also for the applicants who hold blue card for an year or more
Hi @payaljawaria4633 All new conditions of a blue card will apply to you automatically. There is no need to apply for it again in case you already have one. Your blue card has the same functions as the new ones.
Can Senior Graphic Designer job contract pass under the IT Blue Card category in Berlin? The offered salary is 48k but my degree doesn't have a nostrification on Anabin in Germany, so I am hoping to pass as IT&tech expert where degree is not needed, just experience. Please any advice is crucial! Thanks.
Hello, thanks for the all informations in the wonderful video. I was wondering If I can apply for bluecard visa with my university degree has H+ in anabin. But without equality documents. In the agreement with company what should be the job title and description of the job? Because some says It can e tech job like assist of engineer on the title, but the I should show my experiences like 3 years or H+ screen shot would be enough? Or the job description should be as an engineer also with my H+ screen shot? Can you please guide me? I will have my appointment soon
Hi @hasanbor5720 You do not have to prove anything if it shows H+ for your university. It means it has been recognized before. You do not need equality documents, a job title and a description. You need to download this page with the recognition and print/send it.
Thank you. Great information. Does Data Analyst and Business Analyst comes under MINT roles? Since in 2022 I got selected as business analyst so they told me I could not get blue card. Please guide me if possible. Thank you 😇

HI thank you for the useful information if the job description says for example (any university degree) but the university degree in B.A. English literature and the job is procurement team lead, will the authorities object to issue a Blue Card (assuming that all other criteria are met and the applicant has a Blue Card in another EU member state?

Is the job title 'Technical Writer' with a 4-year IT degree (with ZAB recognition) eligible to obtain an EU Blue Card in Germany if all other criteria are fulfilled? Is technical writer (for software company) a recognized job in Germany?
Hi @pradeekaseneviratne2300 You may find these open positions online and start applying. We generally work with Tech & IT professionals working as Software/Cloud/DevOps/Data engineers including Testers and Data Scientists/Analysts. Languages and tech stacks of our coachees range from Javascript, Java, C++/Embedded, Python, PHP, .NET to Mobile development.
I think having no German university degree for application of Bluecard is going to kill the education market in Germany, if I have to study in Germany and after graduation i have to compete with much more experienced people around the globe for the same job , probably it would be very very difficult for fresh graduates to compete, since companies would demand experienced people even for fresh positions.
Hi @ranjanrckstr Graduation from the German university will allow you to get internships here and start working for companies here immediately after getting your degree. If you do not have a German degree, it will not be an issue to get a job in Germany, your work experience plays a greater role here.
Hi there, I know you’re helping IT professionals to find a job in Germany, but I’m an Early Childhood Educator and want to find a job as an early years teacher/ Early childhood educator in a day care centre/ kindergarten. Do you know if any Germany websites have the job posting about the early childhood educator position? Thanks in advance!

I hope you can help me. I am a physicist from a 3rd country, I already have my homologation. With the new rules can I go with a jobsuchung visa and then start working in a different field and get a residence permit?
Hi. We are unfortunately not familiar with requirements for areas other than Tech & IT. You want to check the German public portal "Make it in Germany" (check Google). They should be able to help. Best of success!
Hi @manjunathareddy6548 From our experience German companies prefer applicants who are able to demonstrate that they have worked for one employer for at least 1-2 years before switching to the next. They reject those they feel might not be reliable or loyal. This doesn't mean that you're not a reliable or loyal person. We recommend you stay with your current employer for at least another year and then get back to us again.
Hi Guys , I am working in an IT company as a Machine Learning Engineer for the last 8 months . But the company is really small with less than 10 employees. We even have no HR . It’s registered as sole proprietorship. Will this experience count as IT experience required to get a job in germany ?
@@FAJIGBerlin at my company we work on the latest cutting edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) but the budget of projects is mostly between $4k USD to $25k USD . Would you still say I need to work on projects having bigger budgets and in a big team ?
