When using Dreamview is there a way to automate switching between different views instead of manually having to change and select new scenes? It would be nice to be able to have a way to automate switching through views to add more variety.

In a previous life I had, getting lit meant something different but I’m having way more fun with LEDS!!!!

Would the scene come on with just powering on the lights. Or do you have to manually turn it on?

Just curious did you have a good place to install and hide the controller for the permanent lights? Trying to plan my install and see where some of the controllers have been placed, just want it to be a super clean install.

not bad obviously doesn't compare to WLED as it kind of just picks any sound and shoots a light beam but pretty cool. would you recommend the sync box tho?

I live in Canada…. Gets pretty cold up here… do you know if the lights ‘stick’ still when cold out?

Do you recommend the light show box of you want to play a Bluetooth speaker outside?

Also, once adding the music, are you strictly using the scene modes in the app, or are you able to make your own show and assign each light/ product to do a show that you create.

GREAT VIDEOS! I can't tell you how much time you've saved me getting to know my Govee lights. I have a question that I cannot find the answer for, maybe you can help. The curtain lights, in DreamView plays music with some of the Festival scenes. Is there a way to choose another devise for the music to play other than my phone? I think there should be, but can't find out how to. I'm also looking into putting lights in my closet. Just another great video. Thanks! Bill

One problem I'm having is that the Dreamview isn't coordinating with the curtain lights like yours are in the scenic dreamview. The music dreamview works, but the scenic one doesn't. Any ideas here?

Chris, I have a two story out with power available only one side. Can i use 2 seperate sets and do a Y style run? one set for lower level and one set for upper level? i don't think 150 will be enough to go from one side and back than up?

So i recently bought the Permanent Outdoor Lights which works really nice and like all the scenes it comes with. So i decided to buy 4 govee lightbulbs that is used by front door. But when you sync everything up together, you loose some scenes. for example, with Permanent Outdoor Lights i have 4 halloween scenes but when i combine them with lightbulbs. then only 1 halloween scene is available. i wish they could change that

My question is, do those extra lights from the Y count towards the total amount of lights? So, let's say I have a 150 light kit fully used. Will I be able to add another let say 12 lights to a branch? Or by adding 12 to the branch, I am shortening the original length by 12 pixels?

I have the 150ft permanent lights, 96ft patio lights, 3 curtain lights and 2 bulbs … for some reason dreamview music says the are no supported devices but dreamview scenes recognizes the devices. Does that mean I need the music sync box ?

do you have any idea why my outdoor lights strips disconnect from the app and Bluetooth when I connect them to the lights. if I plug in the power adapter without the lights connected the adaptor and controller connect fine. govee sent me a replacement cuase I thought the adaptor was the issue but when I connected the new one I set up to the lights I have mounted outside it disconnected from the app. it was a pain in the ass to get the lights up and I had to drill a hole that I already sealed so I want to avoid haveing putting up the whole new set they sent..

New to this product. Can you use your own music or do you have to use what’s in the app? We usually have music playing outside during the holidays and was hoping the outdoor lights would go with the music.

Man, This is a great video and tutorial. Can you set it up to randomly choose different modes? I want to set it up to music mode to play continuous Christmas music in my front yard but I do not want the exact same light show with every song. Awesome setup. I'm a little bitter with govee. I purchased 2 of the pro 100' version to connect them together because in the instructions says it can be done with the addition of an LED "driver module". (Paid $399 per set). After contacting govee inquiring about the driver and they said it'll maybe be out within 6-12 months🤬. However they also said they're releasing a 200' version of the pro in November 11. The app is awesome. Many features and very responsive.

Absolutely killer content. Question for you... is there a way to project the default dreamview music (ex. Christmas bell) through an outdoor bluetooth speaker? Also, can the songs be set up to play every hour? I would like it to be mellow throughout the night with no music but automatically do a light show every hour for a few minutes. Thanks man!

So, with using the music box. When is says 10 devices does that mean the 100’ section counts as 6 devices or does that count as 1 since it only has 1 controller?

Nice i got your same setup on my garage door with the permanent lights 2 of my curtains lights won't work with Dream view it freezes or won't turn on at all this sucks after installing these lights anybody had any problems with there's?

I have all of these same lights. I set up dream view as you’ve shown but when I click on a scene only the string lights respond. The others stay off. All of the other lights will work fine when I program them individually outside of dreamview but in dream view 2 of the three don’t respond. Do you know what I’m doing wrong? I’ve reached out to Govee but no response. Appreciate any help.

Damn dream view does not work with the older goveee out door led lights sucks! I have a Wi-Fi led govee and the other 2 just a Bluetooth govee and I can’t get them in a group or dream view. Kinda sucks but I guess I’ll just have to replace my other 2 old led lights. Had em on for 3 years and they been great
