@@psk4399with all due respect.... These dated cluster don't drain car battery.. There's a reason, toyota in its premium brand lexus still uses both analog and digital cluster.... It's effective over overrated digital cluster.... I'd always choose digital with analog of toyota(toyota models in Europe and usa has great combo cluster, example rav 4) ford, jeep and Honda over any tata, kia, hyundai fully digital console...
Hi does it turn the headlights on when you unlock the car using passive entry at the door unlock & how do you turn it on while doing it unlock from the key?
thankyou for the video ,is it just me or when you are driving quick there is increase in rev when you change the gear ? rev matching type done by the car. When I am pushing the car and change gears quickly ,the rev increases for a millisecond
Great video. I have booked CVT version . Do you think we need to switch off ADAS everytime during city drives ? Or will ADAS gets activated only during higher speeds ?
@@InLined7000 what r u getting in ur real life(not mid) with elevate? As you have elevate so i want to know about it I have booked elevate but want to know about its average in real life Not the company claimed
Bro if you need mileage go for hybrid or maruti elevate provide good engine good safety classy interior and adas lvl 2 in top model 6 airbags wow what do you need more in 15 lac
@@MrExplained the chassis and structure of elevate is stable and is built well but the sheet metal is thin whereas the chassis and structure of creta/seltos is unstable and poor but the sheet metal is still decent (not better than vw/skoda cars ofc)
Kushaq cannot accomodate 3 people at the back, it needs Premium Fuel XP-95 level etc, the indicator and wiper toggled are flipped meaning the indicator toggle is on the left, comes with manual AC, smaller screen on base variant, spare parts are only available in the service center, the resale value is poor and you'd struggle to sell it. If these things don't bother you then get a german. Elevate comes with a better engine, is quite spacious, higher ground clearane, bigger boot space and will always be more reliable in the longer run. And for 14.2 lakhs in second model you will get rear camera with music system while kushaq doesn't. Do note the car has as big of a presence as the Honda city (check it in showroom) so make sure you have the ample parking space for it.
So far I've driven Seltos, Elevate and Grand Vitara and found Elevate to be the best overall. Seltos is loaded with features, but it's not a fun ride with the 1.5L engine. Grand Vitara has a smooth ride and a good suspension, but I found the break pad to be extremely poor and unresponsive at times, so not going to risk my life there. Elevate is good if you go for the top model and keep the ADAS features switched off. The drive felt good, but there was definitely more noise in the cabin compared to the other two. I will test drive Creta and MG Astor and will take a final call, which till now is leaning towards Elevate.
@@vratnajoshi130 Thanks for the suggestion. but i would like to know, why ur did not recommend elevate. i know it is a different segment. But for sonet/venue top end price i am getting elevate top end right with level 2 ADAS...! Can u please give ur opinion?
seltos is not a safe car and the driving dynamics are very poor so yes elevate is the better choice any day and please don’t get me started on grand vitara as even that car is not safe and the interiors are of such poor quality that it would hurt me to pay such amount for a jacked up baleno
Sir .Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder are based on the Suzuki C platform on which the Brezza and S cross are built and the Brezza got a 4 star safety rating unlike Baleno which is based on the heartect platform which scored poor safety scores ..I definitely second the pathetic safety rating of Creta and Seltos
@@msriramkumar1 i am aware of these cars being built on the global c platform but the sheet metal quality of these cars still remains the same and the interior quality is also very cheap
I had questions 1. Is your car horn default or is it modified?? 2.Does the car lights starts upon unlocking in zx cvt like your does in starting or is it also modified?
horn is modified and the car lights start when unlocked only if the sensor detects its dark as this is a follow me home headlamp feature which is present in the car from factory
suspension is soft so you don’t feel most of the potholes but even with the soft suspension it handles so well and body roll is so minimum that you don’t feel it that much so the tuning is top notch.
i don’t have an instagram account as of now so i would request you to ask all the questions here itself and i will answer them asap. Sorry for the inconvenience
@@mukharroy1775 no not really it’s not annoying at all but you will notice it once you’re on the highway for 1-2 hours and that too just the tyre noise
Yes there is one annoying problem but i think it’s because of the heavy weight of the vehicle or the bs6 phase ll norms which is the weird engine grunt when i need sudden in-gear acceleration and it might settle after 1000kms of run but as of now it’s still there.
@@SusanthComi have an 11 year old 3rd gen city in the garage and it doesn’t have this forced grunt, it has that pure vtec sound but something seems to be off putting here in the elevate
How do you feel about the cheap interior quality. I just looked at 3-5 models at the showroom and directly compared it with City and Amaze. The internal door handles are from Amaze. Still it feels much more loose/flimsy than the Amaze. The interior lights and switches on the top end City are a thing of beauty, premuim. While Elevate's all variants get the same from Amaze and Base city. AC vents, park brake handle, Power window switches etc all looks even cheaper than the ones in Amaze. Plain scratchy plastic with no design elements/chrome borders to compliment them. I checked it side by side with other cars. I'm still mindblown to see how Honda fucked up this beautiful opportunity. I really wanted and waited to buy this but I'm hesitant to spent my 18.3L on this. I don't care about the fancy features but man, they cheaped out on the basic feel good factors that makes the buyer think like they are sitting in a car that costs that much. Cause for 17.99L City feels and rides like a proper permuim car. I wish they did a better job of translating that to the SUV sector. now compare ti with other cars in the segment and the interior starts feeling even worst. The engine, perceived reliability, SUV stance + "HONDA" badge is what you pay for and get on the Elevate.
@@truthonly7196 hmm, I dont think you read my full comment. My opinion is based on what I saw and felt at the showroom. If you have an opportunity visit the nearest honda showroom and see if Elevate feels more 'premium' than the cheaper City or much cheaper Amaze in terms of fit and finish and material quality. On the top variant the letherate seats their colour and other leather inserts are good but other than that its a disappointment. I agree that you could say "Elevate is premium" but when compared to what? and at what price range? But still Im gonna buy the ZX variant cause Seltos is only a good option if you buy the full option. Taigun is riddled with mechanical issues. Honda is a safe bet and someone would blindly buy it off me after 5-8 years.
@@AlexAugustinex I agree to what you said and observed. I also compared City zx and Elevate top trim in showroom and I could easily notice the quality of interiors were much below that of city. Apart from door handles, seat adjusters, AC vents and even hand brake are made from cheap quality material. No doubt the car looks beautiful from outside but ultimately we all are going to spend more time inside where quality matters the most. My friend bought Alcazar and when I compared Elevate interiors I literally told salesman that Honda has ruined a beautiful product from inside. Funnily his argument was that City is a premium product from Honda. I should not compare it to Elevate.
my dealer’s argument was the same that city is the premium product out of the two and see all the cost cutting is done to reduce the price but they shouldn’t have messed up with touch points like inside door handles where you can also see a naked screw, you can also see two visible screws in the vanity mirror blind’s attachment moreover the sheet metal quality is not as good as you’d expect from honda
@@InLined7000 I understand them not giving extra features, I'm ok with it, but I'm now wondering if they did cheapout on parts that we touch and feel everytime we enter the car then what other cost cutting did they do on parts that don't come In contact with the user directly. I'm gonna change my booking to the base variant form ZX MT or even cancel it at this point. Honda did mess up this product. I'll wait for the facelift maybe.
Yeah. Though there is an accessory for 10k available. The 4 sensors can be purchased as an accessory and fitted. Then the Honda app displays the status.
@@InLined7000 Hopefully we will get that video very soon..... Make mileage video with all types of driving: city, Rash driving, highway 80 kmph, highway 100+
I have 2018 City, test drove elevate today. Disappointed. Driving pleasure in City is totally missing in Elevate. Only thing better was rear seat, ingress and egress.
@@iambasiljoy we wanted to replace city with elevate for ground clearance. But after visiting showroom and test drive pure disappointment. In front of city elevate was so small and city has very good presence. City to elevate is a downgrade the Honda Showroom people itself said.
