Hi I love your houses and all the effort you put into them, every video I always take the time to click the thumbs up logo, I may be watched your video just after you uploaded it, at least I hope I did as it was only showing 31 views. That seems awfully low for such a good channel.
@@MigraineCraftsman No problem my friend, I still think your channel deserves many more views, I watch a lot of channels two of which give shout out for channels that they think deserve it, so I am going to suggest your channel and hope they agree with me.
I saw this 2 years ago and was concerned about location of the split system evaporator in the hall way ceiling. How did that work out for you? Just curious.
Jesus, I am pretty sure you don't need a brad every 8 inches into drywall. Maybe if you were using finishing nails into the underlying wood, you could use a boat load less?
Who the heck is Brad and how did he get on to my construction site? Those nails disappear into the wood and with all the knots and grain you could barelly tell they are there. When the wood expands and contracts due to temparature changes they can close up and completelly disappear, gotta love mother nature.
@@MigraineCraftsman seriously though. You are building this house for someone else. A tiny sliver of a nail into drywall is not going to secure anything. Maybe as a used car salesman, 50 feet or 5 minutes warranty. Do better. I know you can for a 10 dollar box of finishing nails.
Man keep up the good work you inspire me! Just started my first one it's moving fast your videos helps me through the process can't wait to see the outcome
They are more duarble, and tend to stand for ages. I love brick homes but they are very expensive to build, not many masons around and that kind of labor is not cheap.
To some extent yes, and some other ideas crossed my mind. Who knows what i do in the future but I do think about other ways to get this info out there.
House is looking great! But I hate that you have this health issue. I would like to suggest that you have your insulin levels checked. Sometimes your blood glucose tests come back normal (a1c) and high insulin spikes are missed. You, of course, don't have a weight problem so your doc may be missing this, but high insulin spikes then going real low could be the cause of your headaches. You may have an issue like that. You may be insulin resistent.
@@MigraineCraftsman I eat a very lowcarb diet because I was prediabetic. I was heavy though so my high insulin showed in that way. Have you heard of Dr. Berry..keto doc. Here he talks about migraines. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4B46gQhfeqk.html
Hello sir, I and my husband are impressed with your work, we would very much like too colaberate with you pertaining to the blue print for our house, as well as the sq footage price. We saw on your channel, where you had builded a house for someone, for the amount of 100,000 dollars. The sq footage being 1600. I went to your about us page , and there was no information, where we could contact you. So if you could give us some information as to how we can contact you , please, we would appreciate it. We await your response, Thank you. Mrs. E. M. James.
About 3 months real time. It usually takes me 3 to 4 months to finish and that includes my LONG arse wait for the power company, they always make me a wait 3-4-5 weeks sometimes to get perm power.
