I’m 27 living in LA got my first house last month paid in cash! I feel so happy for myself and my achievements watching this random video. So glad i made good decisions about my finances that changed me forever 🎉❤

In my opinion the front room should be a dinning room, y'all are a family ♥️, even if y'all don't eat at the table getting one is a step to have family gatherings. Either way y'all's house is GORGEOUS

I already love the flooring in your new home! I think black cabinet pulls would be cute. and I personally wouldn't put more cabinets in the kitchen just cuz its gna create unnecessary storage space. but whatever you choose to do it'll be cute! :)

I feel like black would make it look more contemporary and would go better with the beautiful flooring. I bought my house a year ago and I chose silver for the cabinet nobs for my all white kitchen and I'm already tired of them lol

The house is truly beautiful as is. A whole closet for pr packages seems crazy to me. But taking out a room of the house to be a closet in a home that you don’t want forever might bring down the value since it’s going from a 5 to a 4 bedroom house.

Love the gold cabinet handles, it matches well with the golden tones of the flooring. Also, maybe maybe have the baby’s playroom in the 1st floor room instead. That way he can be downstairs when you guys are, assuming you’d spend most of the time downstairs. Just a suggestion! Love the house, congratulations!!!

And the same with the faucet from the kitchen and bathrooms gold and modern. And the shower head from the master bedroom looks kind of simple, a black modern one would look 💣🥰🥰🥰🥰

Love what you have done to the house, especially adding the hard wood floors. The Gold knows and lights class with the current hardware. Decorators like when the hardware matches the fixtures. Curremtly they should be Nicole unless you decide to change sink faucets and everything to something different. I am excited to see what you and Bemny do to finish it.

Congratulations Alo! yes you should leave the gold knobs & pulls. What you should change is all the silver & brushed nickel (stainless steel ish) hardware on your doors, faucets, shower heads and anything else of that material because it looks dated and you can tell its builder grade materials. I would say change all the dated hardware to black it would accent the gold well. Other than that your house looks great, super happy for you 🎉

I would definitely go with the black knobs. I love gold but with the stainless still appliances and the sink black would bring it all together. Question why not make the bottom room a guest room for when grandma comes over she can have her own space away from you guys upstairs?

I'd say just reface the cabinets if you MUST, keep the gold knobs (they add some character) replace faucets to gold to match, but change gold lighting in the bathroom (looks dated) to more modern gold lighting. Btw love the railing you're adding (if you keep gold around, just make the railing gold too to oversee from the glass). 😉Some ideas!!! Love you guys ❤️
