Not really this is Florida and we let felons off with a slap on the wrist all the time because our prisons are overcrowded, my neighbor has an 8 year sentence to serve but he only serves time when there is space in prison so about 2 months a year he goes away then comes back it is the stupidest thing DeSantis has come up with yet.

Apparently the victim said something racial to him online. Now I'm not saying that justifies this man's actions in the slightest, all I'm saying is that you people take arguments way too far in these video games, thinking everyone will just let things go.
you know how many times black people get called something racial online and in person? you dont see us premeditating and taking flights to bash someone in the head. Hes not the victim. stop it. To travel out of state, make the arrangements for a place to stay, buy a hammer ....... what is NOT premeditated about that ????? It's easier than you think. Somehow they link the username to something, get the person's real name, search for people with that name, pick the one that seems like it's the same person and then look up their address. He probably spent some time frustratingly searching for the person's info before he made the flight out to try to kill him.
For 1 dollar you can sign up for spoeko I probably spelled it wrong but if you know any of the persons information you can find everything about them from spoeko it’s actually pretty scary how much of your life is on the report and for the low price of 1 dollar you can have access to it. I looked myself up one time just to see how accurate it was and it scared the crap out of me. Not only does it tell you all your information but it also shows who all is in your family and their information as well.

One of the big ones is spokeo for the low price of 1 dollar you can have access to everything with just a name and state you can find anyone with this site. What’s truly scary though is when you look up the person you want it also tells you who all there family is and where they live also. It has your work history criminal history it has everything.

@@Shtoblya haha what do you mean, look up the average time spent in prison by crime, I think the average time spent in for murder prison in one study was 15 years. People get out all the time and go back in it's a revolving door type deal. Threatening him with life is actually pretty draconian, I just saw a video where a 14yo broke into a house and murdered a mother that was holding him at gun point was given 12 years, TWELVE! I'm sure the fact that he was of the lighter complexion had absolutely nothing to do with his lenient sentence.
@Shtoblya their was actually a very similar vase like this that started over a video game, and one of the people found out where the other player lived and went and stabbed him in the chest and got out of prison after 2 years. So yes it does happen.

yeah there is more to this story. It would take something for a kid to fly to hurt someone. He's young too his prefrontal cortex which is the part that controls judgment and impulse is prob not done growing...it develops until 25. Statistically as well asians do not commit hardly any crimes, compared to any other demographic. It is also an honor based culture so he probably experienced shame and brought shame and dishonor to his family. He ruined his whole life and maybe his family's life, thats why I think he is crying.
