It sure doesn't look like the new housing market is slowing down where I live. I really wish they'd stop destroying all of the forest for these housing plans. They're filled up as soon as they're built as well. I guess nobody told the home buyers that it's tough to buy a home.
I’m an electrician with 38 years experience. I wouldn’t put solar panels on my house for free. The cost to buy and install that crap would literally take you over 20 years to break even. It’s very sad the government today wants us all to have electric cars, ovens etc…. And no infrastructure to support their stupid mandates. November 5th can’t come soon enough for me, because I know we will have the right guy in charge and getting things done correctly. Our government wasted hundreds of billions of taxpayer money for things that do not work. And if you don’t believe me, just ask the major automakers how their EV’s are selling. I’m all for things being better, more efficient, clean burning, ya da ya da, but what’s out there now is pure crap and not practical. Just my 2 cents…. Happy Father’s Day 😀
I'm in electrical wholesale. Here in Sarasota / Manatee Co. FL they have a new code that you have to put in an outdoor main disconnect for emergency services so they don't have to pull the meter if there is a fire. I believe this also applies to service panel changes in some circumstances.
If you're buying in the same market and you like and trust your list agent, of course you can use the same agent. However, if you're moving to another market it's best to use an agent that's familiar with that market. Hope this helps~~

Dam my youngest son is still in the market for a house he lives in New Hampshire and their prices have skyrocketed because soooo many people left Massachusetts and went there . Because Massachusetts is a basket case right now with high taxes and insurance and especially illegal immigrants.

New homes prices are way out of wack in relation to average incomes...but a new home at 700k is like 118k in 80s (or i think 70s, don't remember which) dollars, so its the income that hasn't kept pace with the prices. Most people today probably don't qualify for the home based on their income. Now, people don't have to have a brand new home. There are very affordable used homes for sale in the country, for example I know for a fact that there are nice homes in Myrtle Beach for less than 300k. People have to shop around for them, but they are there. But most new homes I see are 700k and up. Good luck young home buyers who want a new home. Get that income up.
