I have everything I need to put my scooter together, but I held off because the air quality is really bad here, and will clear up this weekend. Hopefully the rain will put out the fires. I look at the bottom piece to the bottom nose, and nits held by 4 screws. I am kind of amaze that Honda requires minimal amount of screws to do the job that it can to hold all that together. I just shoot a message to a fellow on the honda facebook forum about the parts you need, and he has it the set of keys and lock ignition! Hopefully you will hear from him
By the way, getting a use set of keys would be cheaper than a new kit for the helix from a dealership, plus the elite will fit elite. The name of the scooter group on facebook is "ELITE 250 / CH250 / abUSERS" he just posted a inquiry of Elite parts to sell, make him an offer!
