New Rimfire rifles are always cool, new Precision Rimfires for PRS are even cooler.
the Christensen Arms Modern Precision Rimfire is in design similar to its big brother the MPR, but chambered in the popular rimfire cartridge.
what makes it special?
-foldable stock
-adjustable Remington 700 Trigger (I believe they mentioned Triggertech)
-60 Degree bolt throw
-carbon fiber barrel
-lots of carbon fibr on the stock
-fully adjustable stock
-takes Ruger 10/22 magazines

Great video, they definitely made all the options just right, 22lr, 22wmr, 17hmr, AR-15 grip, trigger options, threaded, barrel length options, moa rail, carbon fiber and folding. I need that and a good price.

Besides the folding stock, which is nice, what does this offer over a Ruger Precision Rimfire I can get for $500 or less? This even uses Ruger mags. What does it weigh?

I own the Ranger version of this rifle and it's lazer beam. Some people have had a variety of issues but mine has been incredibly reliable with all ammo. Apparently they are going to sell just the chassis for us Ranger owner to upgrade to.

$1249 and it has a 0 rail!!?? The ruger precision comes with a better rail for only $499 locally to me

The 10 round mag will kill it, NRL etc shooters want more than that. Lightweight, also not for competition. Dud doesn't even know what degree bolt throw?? This thing is dead in the water

Since he said it uses 10-22 mags I assume the larger capacity mags will work. I could be wrong.

Agreed. It’s pricy, and wait… people will upgrade that horrible carbon grip easily and who the eff wants a zero rail. So a pricy gun get $150-$200 more expensive right off the bat.
