hi, ive tried sending midi CC commands but it wont receive them but i can send them to the daw and it records them

Hi, from the amp academy editor when I press the midi the program closes and I don't know why, I have everything updated but I can't use the midi because the software closes, I use windows 10 (updated) and a Meloaudio midi pedal commander. Can you please help me figure out how to solve? Thank you

How many presets, in total, can u save/recall via MIDI with this pedal, from a loop switcher with MIDI (ie, Boss ES8)? Does it have MIDI connections or is it MIDI via USB? BTW, yr guitar playing is super awesome!
