The nomos Club Campus is HERE TO KILL THE Rolex Oyster Perpetual Tiffany Blue and Coral Red. These might just be the most fun release from Nomos ever and I am here for it! These are the NEW Club Campus 36mm and 38.5mm in "Endless Blue" and "Nonstop Red". These are otherwise the same as the Club Campus - it is only a colour update - so 100m water resistance, stainless steel case, and a fantastic entry level to Nomos as a brand.

Britt!! Almost 150K subs!! Great video again. I do not know what it is, my mind cannot get around a California dial. It just makes me turn away from an otherwise great looking watch. Love the Cult(s), and 4:30 date windows!!

After many years of ownership I decided to sell my Rolex 15505 and after months of window shopping I am so close to pulling the trigger on a Club Campus, but it must have the exhibition case back so I can admire that beautifully finished movement. Thanks Britney for another great video!

Can't make friends with California Dials BUT I love that they offer the fun colors on their entry level watches. That way people who can't afford the Rolex and Omegas of this world can still have a very good watch in a fun version.

Just a heads up to everyone looking at Nomos. Their service center is so small it can take 6 months or more to have your watch serviced in Germany!!! How do I know? I sent my watch to Nomos August 1st of 2023 and due to a parts and labor shortage, Nomos said my watch would finally be finished and returned in the USA mid March...crazy. the dealer said this is a chronic problem with Nomos. Part of owning a watch is service...

After seeing videos of their manufacturing facilities and techniques, I have great admiration for Nomos, and look forward to getting my first piece from them which is now either a blue/purple or endless blue Club Campus 38. I also would like to see variations on the second hand colors based on dial color in future releases.😎👌👍

I saw them for €1300 when they are £1300 in the UK, so yes, cheaper. But I would just keep looking in windows while you are there, no need to rush it. Good chance of a better discount than that. Junghans too.

I love my club campus ref. 709 and mainly keep it on a nato. My only one gripe is that I wish the power reserve would be slightly longer, say 72hrs like my hamilton, because there are several times when I think I have wound it and it unfortunately stops. For me though the in-house caliber and open caseback is worth it overall though and is my most worn watch

Hi Britt, I don't comment much as I usually don't have much to say. But, that being said, I have been curious about Nomos Glashutte as a brand for a while. However, I am a bit lost in the model line-up they offer. I'd love it if you could do a video that details the specific models within the Nomos brand. Hope you are feeling better!

other websites state the lug to lug of the club campus 36 as 47.5mm which is different from the 46.5mm which you stated. Could you confirm this?

I wish Nomos would use some variation in finishing on these. I’ve never held a Nomos in hand. Therefore I can speak to the quality. But in photos the high polish tends to give me fashion watch vibes.

Love it thanks! My only comment would be that I’m surprised that it’s a manual wind and only 42 hours of power reserve. I love manual wound watches, but I’d prefer a longer power reserve if needing to wind everyday. Once you’re below 50% of your power reserve the watch won’t be as accurate. Thus you’d have to wind this watch multiple times a day to keep it fully charged and best accuracy, since it’s not an automatic.

Cute pieces but what you need for fun is the Mondaine stop to go watch. The hypnotic red lollipop hand pauses at 12 as the minute hand springs forth then back to faithful ticking evoking those Swiss Ski trips and their crazy train station clocks. Get on it kids!

The L2L on the 36mm version is 47.5mm not 46,5mm. Nomos call it „Brand identity“, i call it awful dimensions.

YES. Orange sec on red dial felt like a MISTAKE. Nomos should pay attention during development. They should of just take from Hodinkee collab club sec hand and placed on.

Eh "bébé", check out what March LA.B has been doing. Great stuff with top quality too! Not an inhouse caliber but swiss parts assembled in France, "bébé"! ;-) Now wrt Nomos my wrist is exactly 6.5" so which one should I go for....?

I just bought a Club Campus 38 in deep pink a couple weeks and really really like it! I just realized they are making the blue in both sizes, and.... I think I might be getting another one and having Nomos moods. "Mmmm what Nomos mood and I in today".

Nice to see Nomos come up with new colours. Studio Underdog is not. They have a special one day pre purchase of exactly the same as last year. I’m disappointed.

The 36mm watch has a lug to lug of 47.5mm and the larger one has a lug to lug of 48.9mm. Quite a bummer for many of us. I actually jussst did a video talking about that on my channel :)

I own two and love both. There's obviously the design, the finishing, the movement finishing, the movement itself, etc. I have the Club Neomatik and it's a 200m WR watch with the dimensions of a dresswatch. It can do anything and is not a brick on a strap. IMO hard to beat at the price point.

OMG Brittney! You look SO ill! Really hope that you are feeling better soon, and that it's just a cold not Covid! I DO like these up to a point, but the 'California Dial' is an absolute deal breaker for me. Totally hate the concept, it's a dial for people who can't make a decision. Not a fan of 'Vegan leather' either. THAT is just lying, it's not 'leather', it's plastic! Apart from these two specific issues which obviously make this watch a 'NO', I am a fan of Nomos usually!

Fock. I wanted to restrain watch purchases for this year, but the fact, that i always wanted a NOMOS and a california dial and a nice bright blue watch...this kills me :D Near me is an AD who has Nomos, so i will HAVE to check it out. But just looking. Maybe touching. But 100% NOT more than than. I guarantee! Kind of... Really need to check out these lugs, but how large can they be? Haha. ha. ha.

Thanks Britt, I was thinking how most of my collection is either black/white face or some variant in-between, and would hugely benefit from some proper colour, that red one especially would really hit the mark! I'm with you re the strap though, it's kinda...furry...(?) and doesn't sit quite right. Their bracelet options though looks a bit clinical maybe I dunno. Thanks again.

Nice proportions. 👍I like the "original" Club 36 mm a lot and would like to own one. The blue one shown here is pretty cool. The red one is a little too intensive for my taste but would still work out if the seconds hand had a different colour (as mentioned). I bought the red one. I'm actually a bit disappointed that it's a softer red than I was expecting. To be honest it seems a bit pink to my eyes, or like watermelonish. It's definitely not a bold in your face lava or fire engine red.

The use of "in-house" terminology is always a bit weird... Seiko are "in-house" in that regard, whilst technically Tissot - as shown in the video - get their movements from "in-group". I think it's more about the finishing and stuff...

The simplest Club Campus modeld are actually my favourite watches from this brand. I like the blue one, the red one not so much as the second hand basically disappears on the red backdrop.

Oddly, I just took the plunge and bought a used Nomos Club 703 (36mm,white dial) and it should be here in the next couple of days. I have hesitation on Nomos lug to lug sizing - so 🤞🤞🤞. The appeal of an almost 100% German made watch and the Nomos story was at the end of the day too compelling not add to my collection. 😁

I am a really NOMOS lover, but this ones are unnecessary, orange second hand doesn’t make it better. Also they just try to jump on a train that somehow left the station. I still prefer on this the Tsuyosas…

I know what you mean about leather. Give it a sniff. Ahhh… that new leather smell. Mondaine are doing this with, get this, grape leather. Smells of nothing. We want dead animal skin on our wrists damn it! The red is growing on me as I’m mentally ill. I’ll get help.

It's the lug length, just can't do it.... Love everything else, my wife and i tried them on whilst in Frankfurt, and then went and bought a Sinn.... Again it's that lug length and how it wears, just can't like it.

I make leather belts, wallets, bags etc and as long as you're not using exotic leathers, you're using a byproduct of the meat industry that would otherwise end up rotting in landfill. Currently, about 50% of cow hides around the world end up being thrown away. To each their own, but personally i don't have an issue using as much of the animal as possible. Real leather will always outlast the vegan stuff.

I just don’t get the fascination with these watches. Besides the load colors the watches are so dull, lazy Bauhaus aesthetic. I get the whole in-house, independent thing but man are they boring.
