This should never happened in the first place. A prime example of government over reach! Let this be a warning to future citizens. No government should have the authority to take an individual's cash without there being existing evidence a crime is being committed.

Maybe the Institute should sue on his behalf for damages. Just getting his own money back is far from just after all he was put through.

Putting the money in a bank means the bank must report that to the Government.
