They used to have too many problems. Syria was far from perfection. But.. Still.. It's better than suffering from war. Syrian people must be missing that problematic country "Before War" Praying for Syrian people.. Peace in Syria.
Once the American terrorist state is disarmed, there will be peace in Syria. Understand that their problems were caused by America’s annexation of Palestine
Just wanna make one rhing clear as a syrian dat saw dis after all dis time, dis is propoganda to have da narrative of da government specially da president is bad cause syria is against zionism, see hoe dey say da lebanese resistance is *errorists and syria is afraid of becomin da next target of "USs war on *errorism" if dat aint hilariously obvious what their intention is
It's sad to see some of these statements by Syrians, and think of what has become of this country. People there had dreams, aspirations, and now they have nothing but war and uncertainty. I hope things change.
@@leonardor7403 Damascus is still one of the most beautiful cities in the world, you must visit to experience the magic of this place ✨️ Was visiting in July going in April 2023 😌
Reality? What reality? I am not saying that Syria is a developed country However, this representation is unfair and biased. What will happen if I make a video and I show the homeless areas. This will be unfair.
This video wasn't made to show how beautiful or how ugly Syria is. This video was made to deliver the Syrian people's pointview about their government, their society, and their conflict with Israel. It's a pointview that the American public in particular doesn't get to hear too often. It's unpatriotic to say good things about Middle Eastern countries other than Israel especially on FoxNews.
Thanks for contacting me. I think my experience had a lot to do with the fact that I was working in Damascus and being treated poorly by my local employer. By my own admission, I tend to generalize things when I have very bad experiences from just a few limited people from a particular group or nationality. I would like to share my experiences and chat with you further if you are open to that. Thanks again for the message.
Probably the same old story, high unemployment breeds discontent, Syria probably lost many jobs to China, looks like Assad's reforms wern't moving fast enough!
Israel was defeated by Hezbollah in 2006,Israel was defeated by egypt in the past. lsrael had lost a few times, and I mean before Syria didn't have the weapons they have now.
I hate what terrorist and US and theirnallies did to my country we where having an economic boom till terrorist and US staged protest then the protestors started shooting so we did Self defense now we fought for our lives and we will live on I love my country and will live forever in it when I return back.
Hello I don't know if you will read my comment But i am so sorry about what happened to youbin syria It is an individuals work. And most of syrians are nice people I wish you accept my apologies
I lived in Damascus in 2002 for six months. I hated it and found it very primitive. The people treat visitors to their country very poorly ! On a more positive note, it's a fascinating and beautiful country.
Shame the video shows only the negative sides of Syria, its like making a video of London and showing the run-down neighborhoods and gangs and saying "this is london" I dont know whats worse...Syrian propaganda about how great their country is or Western/Israeli propaganda on how bad it is! Truth is usually in between chaps
If you look at Syrian TV shows from the 70's with Ghawar al-Toshi and people like that it is so different from what is shown today. Back then the country was so much more liberal. Only like 10% of women wore a veil. Syrian was becoming part of the modern world. However today it is so conservative and religious. More like 80% of women have a veil.
i am sorry for u...taht u catched a dumb one who maybe treated u...b cos..i NEVER heared someone saying something bad about syria after the visit..so ..
I really landed in Syria, I lived in Mezzeh for six months. Obviously you had better experiences than me. I found people to be very rude and the ruder they were the more I would get my back up.
the reporter is fucked up, talking about how syria is rolled by dictatorship and the syrians had no choice for the bashar to be the president, but the truth is that we did vote for him almost everyone did and we love him like we loved his father, hafez al asad was like a father image to all the syrians....
when did i say Lebanon had a population of 20,000?? Where did you get that from?? I think you got the wrong guy! Maybe I said about Hezbollah fighters being about 20,000??
