Hi, Ingrid, I actually had this peeing problem too, especially doing my zumba class. it turned out i had a mostly asymptomatic UTI caused by special bacteria. It was treated with antibiotics and now it´s gone. i hope you had this checked out too. Also, while i am commenting, i have been following you for about a decade now and you are the only one of the original beauty gurus i used to follow that i´m still watching now. I really respect the way you developed over the years and i have to say i especially like watching your videos with Erica

Hey Ingrid! You should try a Thundershirt for your puppy! It helps dogs with anxiety by just having basically a tight "shirt" on that feels like a hug and makes them feel safe, but they can still run around. My cousin uses one on her dog for car rides!

for the matcha: for me it helped sifting the matcha and adding a couple teespoons of cold water to mix the powder before i pour the hot water... and if it doesn't froth up from the whisking, your water was too hot (thats just my experience)

OMG I totally know where you’re living and I’m sooooo jealous!!!! 😫 Totally not being creepy here. I’m not even in the states anymore. Hey Ingrid! I'd like to address the peeing part in your cardio sessions. I've worked with a pelvic floor physitherapist for some of my issues (I was 24 then). I hope there is one available to you. She has given me some exercises to help me release my pelvic floor muscles (because they were too tight, so no kegels for me) and also did some internal releases. I hope you find this helpful or for anyone that has issues with leaking with working out/post partum stuff!
