Your comment about the tubes crossing the road to count traffic brought something to mind. I’m 68 now and I just realized that I do t see those tubes like I used to. When I was younger they were pretty commonplace. I wonder what the do now?
Im going with a possible bridge for the wetland . Gotta luv this stretch of road that seems like forever to get to Errol. Moose and Loons are nice to drive by tho.
We have rubber tubes like those at 03:01 in the UK. Here, a single tube is used to count the number of vehicles. 2 tubes are used to inform the direction and speed of traffic
I was watching a thing on frogs yesterday, did you know you can make a “frog hotel”? It’s a real thing, it has pipes and an LED to attract bugs for the frogs to eat.
Why not Line the Embankment with Clay? Stop Erosion with Natural barrier.? Looking at the Height of the new road in the event of a flood it would be submerged also🤔 Finally looking at a Culvert that is well built 👏
Maybe the Connecticut river on Rt3 in Pittsburg/Colebrook?. I think so anyway. Otherwise Rt 2 but I don't think there is that much rural area on the Androscoggin in NH where it gets that large. Maybe wrong. Fun to speculate though.
@@oldmanofthemountain Yea, perhaps, the more I watch the less I think it is thr Connecticut. That route(26) I usually only the until after the stomach twister hill right after the Balsams hotel. Never followed it all the way into ME.
