First instalment of three maybe four of a new adventure exploring the most remote parts of the Black mountain.

love the new tent been meaning to take that route for sometime now I need to see that out crop of rocks on the black mountain, bit of a pig that river😂😂😂

Yo! How tricks Tank? Yeah I absolutely loved it. I was just saying it’s definitely up there in my top three camping locations and not that hard to get too. The rock formations are mind blowing, some of the splits in the rocks are like 20 metres deep. Don’t want to be falling down one of those. Keep an eye out for the next vid, going to explore the next crags over and hopefully camp by a swallow hole 🤣👍

You are a true ultralighter now Lee. Sometimes I have these crazy thoughts selling my soulo on. It's a hard decision. Great video. Enjoyed that mate. Look forward to the next one

Hi Simon, cheers for watching 🙏 The hike and camping location is definitely up there in my top three, it’s an amazing place! I’ve totally fallen in love with the shelter. My pot is the ‘Tokes Titanium 550 Light’ good little bit of kit 👍

Ha nice one dude, yep I’m totally blown away, absolutely brilliant bit of engineering. The size inside is huge and guess what……. Not a drop of condensation 🙌 That’s is now for the lightweight stuff 4.2 is definitely light enough. A Notch Li has just come up for sale on Ultra Light Hiking and Wild Camping page!!!!!!

+Mr. Wild Wales i think it was on a slope and rocky but that’s not to say there couldn’t be other places on that river. There was another water fall just below that one and I think there was one above. Doing the Giedd next week, hopefully camping where the river sumps underground! Been dying to get up that part for ages. Loads of waterfalls and slides from what I can remember. 👍

@@MrWildWales yeah it’s your side of the mountain, apparently there is like a picnic area up the road in Cwmgiedd where the Nan Cyw is? I’m hoping to parking there and head straight up.

@@blackmountainadventures Yeah its down a gravel track about 1km. The path goes straight up a steep hill then across the bridge

Bruv! You’re killin’ me! Please, if you are going to write in your description, “new shelter” and you show in your thumbnail the manufacturer and name of the shelter, why oh why wouldn’t you in your video TALK about the shelter and/or provide more detailed video of the shelter’s setup. I just don’t get it! While I enjoy seeing the beautiful countryside and get a little laugh at your “singing”, a large part of why I selected your video was your advertised content… that was ultimately undelivered. Please pardon my bluntness (Americans, am I right!?) but I genuinely want the best for you and your channel and I really enjoy the content that you do deliver. (Not being from Great Britain, perhaps I just don’t understand some of the rules/legal implications that may have prevented you from saying more…)
