A tip I learned the hard way today is to KNOW YOUR LOCAL GEOGRAPHY. I took on a bundled run today. GPS doesn't always know the best or safest routes. I was literally on cliffs, ridges, and atv trails today (thank God I have a 4*4 truck). My new rule for myself is if the address doesn't have St, Ave, Cr, Dr, or any other in town name in it I won't do it. Rt and Rd are a no go unless i know the area very well. I will never again be out in the middle of nowhere without cell service again. I grew up in rural backroads and I have never seen any roads like I did today.
2:21 While they are loading up your vehicle you can check the GPS and then dictate to them,” Hi, this is your driver, -- . I just picked up your order and am heading your way. My ETA is --. See you soon!” This will not slow you down, but may increase your tips.
I just got onboard today and made 18 bucks on 2 orders that's was 4 miles combined. It's not a lot but it motivated me to start putting in more hours. Great vid bro
Love spark just started a couple weeks ago and so far I’ve made 150 plus to 200 dollars on multiple days it pays more than most places I’ve worked all my life and you can’t beat the incentives it’s just a lot of wear and tear on your vehicle
Better yet - if you're trying to go go go, bring a small cooler with you with drinks and food in it. Fast food adds up quick. If you stop twice for meals working all day and even spend 10 bucks each time - say you're working five days a week - that's 400 bucks a month. Ouch. Other things to bring - wet ones or something to wipe your hands with. Kitchen type towels to clean up anything that spills. Something to entertain you while you're waiting. A notepad and pen. Consider, if you live in a place that regularly gets rain - an umbrella. I found it was good to get one of those front seat organizers. You can use it like a desk and it can double to hold drinks if you do other food deliveries.
Thank u for the tips! My first day was Saturday. As of now, my Walmart only offers the driving gig, which is fine by me. I do enough of my own grocery shopping during the week, I would get burned out way too quickly if I was doing other people's shopping as well! So all I have to do is pull around the back to curbside pickup, pop my trunk, scan some labels and drop it off! I'm loving how fast as easy the money is. As long as I'm putting aside enough for my taxes, this is am awesome gig
Thank you for sharing these tips! It came on right after the Spark video of how to deliver for them. Today is my first day and I'm hoping because Christmas is coming in a matter of days my day will be busy and tips will be high! We'll see! ❤
Everyone's market is different. People have to remember that. Sometimes u have to take what u can get because it's a small market. I live in a big city but I definitely understand this concept.
Good thing about these apps some take anything and some can choose……if I’m hungry it’s gonna be hard to turn something down unless it just don’t make sense…..the small orders make get a big tip may make up the small paint delivery.
Hey I love your video but where are you in which state ? I’m in New Jersey so if I do 3-4 hours every evening with spark how much you think average I can make ? Thx
Sorry my man, $50 is not worth driving 30 miles, never. Say 30 miles going and 20 miles coming back, that's $1 per mile. Goal should always be $2 per mile round trip
I suddenly keep getting tip baited. It's shocking and hurtful. Now I have to take way more low offers, without tips,bc I try to avoid delivering to the street names I was tip baited on.
Lol there is 1 24 hour Walmart in Apopka FL that is horrible for curbside pickup. At least a 30 min wait past check in. It has to either be a total banger or extremely slow for me to go there.
@@TheAmazingHustler i cant go out of order on substitutes, so if i go to get tylenol first, and there out, i have to go back to start shopping and go in order and wait till i get back to the item not available, then i can substitute. Great video btw
@@Hustlersnat1on you go to self check out and scan the QR code on the screen. Sometimes a store clerk will have to come check your order, the app will let you know. The orders are prepaid so you don't have to worry about paying out of pocket or with a credit card. This is my 1st week, hope this helps
I have been trying to get sign up with spark driver and it keeps giving me a wrong password or username " I have reached out to support and still not resolved.im so disappointed.
I started Spark 2 days ago. Today was a real disappointment. I lost 2 orders totalling $43 bc the wait time was so long. I won't even reveal how long I waited on each one. Such a time killer. The Chat rep told me that I can cancel an order after 30 minutes after arrival and it wont count against me. I need to check out other Walmarts bc the one closest to me must be slow, or short-staffed. So frustrating. I thought I was gonna have an order every hour. I wish the app would let us know if an order is ready BEFORE we accept it. When the app says Curbside Pickup ASAP I was thinking the orders were ready. Not so. Good tip about looking at orders whose delivery is 15 minutes away. Even so, my Walmart still didn't have my orders ready in a reasonable time frame
Check this out...when you wait over 30 minutes for an order from the time you arrive at store until the time you leave to deliver, if you end up taking the order (not canceling) then you can get paid for your extended wait time. You may have to call support and have them confirm your times and put it in their system manually. I think the rate is $.25 per minute, so if you waited 60 minutes you may get and extra $15 for your time and effort!
@@ampddrummer how fast do they pay you? Is it right away or do you have to wait a day if they even do it? Also is it a pain in the ass to call support?
@K T actually I found that they usually do it automatically. You see it if you go back to your completed trips estimated pay vs what they actually paid you in your earnings. If you find the xtra pay missing then call support. I find the support to be good.
@@ampddrummer So I contacted them after getting your reply and asked if I was supposed to get Extra Effort Pay for the batches where I waited over an hr (I didn't tell her that I didn't deliver them). She said she was putting in a ticket for those 2 orders. Let's see what they say.
I can’t thank *RARPTECH* enough for reactivating me. Feels good to be back on the road again after so many appeals. God Bless you forever even in your dreams 🙏🏽 rarptech
7a-10p hell no. I work 8-12 or 1230 and make $125-$200 a day on spark plugs I do GH, UE, DD. More money less hours is key. You gotta take a break. Been full time since Jan 2021. Yes, it's addicting but trust me you will burn yourself out. And fast food isn't good.
