New General grabber AT2 tires for Army, my 1973 VW SportsMobile bus with Subaru engine conversion and automatic transmission. Mick Longley busaru.com busaru@busaru.com Twitter: VWBusaru
Looks great with the all terrains . Do you think 215/75 r 15 would fit a 74? Worried about rubbing when suspension is compressed or articulated off road . What are your thoughts
Are these the stock 14 inch rims for the bus? I am having a really hard time finding any tires for 14 inch rims and would love to keep the stock chrome hubcaps.
hey, great video! I know it's been a while since you uploaded, but at 0:24, those wheel center caps from that vanagon? or what vehicle are they from? I need to see if I can get my hands on a set of those for my 1988 Mexican Vw bus, since in the original owners manual they have the exact same center caps but they stole them from me and I can't seem to find them anywhere, maybe in the u.s market I have some luck, thank you so much
@@yumarcasado2086 I bought a set lady year, then again a couple months ago. Last time I they didn't have any for sale and then a set popped up a couple weeks later and I snatched them up. If you have fb, join the samba group and ask or the samba forum website. Or just wait and I'm sure more will pop up on ebay. The last set I bought were from a couple that travel and scavenge junk yards then sell on eBay.
+Kevin Hornbuckle For a Vanagon you may consider using Syncro front end equipment. I was mostly just kidding in my last comment. I need to finish some stuff on Army, and finish the Turbo Bugaru project, then I can start thinking about fun new projects.
