What does this have to do with this recipe? Nothing. But you should make this because both Jamie Oliver and pork loin are amazing. Just don’t eat Jamie, ‘cause that would be wrong. But eat the pork cooked with these instructions, because it looks freaking amazing. I’m so pleased with Jamie’s recent pouring out of passion for shared food experiences. It warms my heart.
