Those leggings are total winners and the tops 😍, I did find the front panel 11:41 and those wide pleats actually look good and show off your flat tumm, personally think the issue is the second they're too long they look poufy. Loved the monochromatic outfit look on u so much but see what u mean -- if only the pants were made more like the leggings for example. I find the cute dress seems purpose-driven -- perfect for Shuffle dancing lol (try it?) or tennis as you say -- but hm the strappy part is feminine but the shortness kind of 'little girl' that said on a hot sunny day with sneakers? And thanks to Ritchie for help in adding home-made yumminess to our days!

Happy New Year! I've felt the noise about making new resolutions and 2024 - noisy 😊 - and overwhelming so havent done any. But I do want to have better health body & mind and I have identified wanting to make Connection (in however that evolves - body, self, relationships etc) and what goodness can I add to my diet - both in terms of what I eat physically and mentally 😊 I am enjoying the 7 day series v much. Do you have any recs on how to use the MMM online resources? I used to log on and browse whatever I was feeling that day which is good but I think I need to plan which lessons to do in order to be consistent. So for eg. Shall I do beg videos in any order for a bit? Or flow videos for a bit? I would appreciate any advice on consistency - I like knowing for eg. The 7 day series has a structure I can follow 1 day after another. Apologies for the lengthy message!!!!!❤

So I have a couple of guides you can use from the Movement Menu page: mymindfulmovement.co/movement-menus/ (this page works best on desktop, rather than mobile).... Or you would pick a series to follow 😊 the Refresh & Refocus is 28 days long and definitely suitable for beginners.... It incorporates rest and more gentle practises too, so you could practise it everyday: mymindfulmovement.co/video_category/refresh-and-refocus/ 🙏 You can also create your own 'favourites list' and what I personally do, is write in my calendar what focus I want to do each day and then pick from your favourites..... 🩷 Just drop me an email if you'd like more guidance, as I'm happy to put together a plan together to suit you! Hello Helen, do you or Richie recommend that book? Wondering if the recipes are quick enough to knock up in 30 minutes or are they 20 item ingredients? Had my eye on it for a while but never committed, having just watched "you are what you eat" on Netflix (horrific😩), I'm ready to take the plunge 🏃Also, the brown outfit looked 👌
Can fully vouch for how delicious the recipes are 🥰 Would say they're more 30mins, but once you've done them once I feel like they would be way easier and quicker. I quite like that the ingredients seem to be quite similar, so once you've stocked up, you can try lots of different recipes 🙏 I haven't watched that on Netflix yet.... @@WellWithHels Thank you, may give it a go, seems they have most recipes on the website too, Ill have a bash on those first. Yeh, that documentary, its a shocker for people who eat meat. They take 21 sets of twins, put one on a meat diet and the other on plant based to see the effects on the body over 8 weeks. Interesting stuff. Watched another last night on Amazon called fasting, that's really good too, extreme but good. Have a lovely day xx
