He was kind enough to give his recipe to the public years ago. I make it all of the time, but use a graham cracker crust. Everyone loves it. (I’m sure his recipe has to be different at the restaurant because he bakes on a larger scale.) But kudos to him being so generous with providing the recipe. ❤
@@afacelessname1378 We use more of a "Digestive biscuit" base. Google it, you'll see what I mean. We crush them up and use them as the base then the cheese cake mixture on top, then bake.
OK this answers a question I had I saw Juniors Cheese cake in the freezer at our local stores here in Florida I love NY CK I thought it was some off brand cheap stiff I am going to try it now !!!

Funny, traditional ny cheesecake has no cake or graham cracker base. Not saying those arent good, they just arent the OG. Oh, and juniors cheesecakes arent all that.
