Ingredients:
- Everything bagels
- Hawaiian buns
- Chicken cutlet
- Leftover jerk chicken
- Yellow/White cheddar
- Cayenne
- Garlic
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Coriander seed
- Ginger
- Black garlic
- Onions
- Mixed greens
- Hot plum chutney
- Chinese chili oil
Directions:
1. Cut bagels in half. Heat chicken cutlets up in oven directly on the rack.
2. Heat up a pan with olive oil and place the leftover jerk chicken on the pan to reheat and crisp.
3. Take one half of the everything bagel and place yellow & white cheddar cheese on top. Put both sides of bagel in oven for a light crisp. Put some Hawaiian buns into oven as well for light crisp.
4. Secret sauce time! On a plate, pour Pakistani mango chutney and Chinese chili oil and mix together.
5. Add shredded jerk chicken to bagel with melted cheese to complete the jerk chicken sandwich!
6. Chop up some ginger and put into heated pan. Take heated Hawaiian buns and spread secret sauce on both sides. Add chicken cutlet on top with roasted ginger from pan, and fresh lettuce, there you have it... asian chicken sandwich!
