Looking around the league Seattle is primed to trade for Alonso. Their fans have wanted him there, and they have mid top 100 prospects to do it. That’s my best guess at who would get him. If the Mets continue to win..... Ottavino will... sooner than later..... once again become a solid bullpen arm. This guy has been good for the majority of his career and it seems Met fans have a short memory with him. I'd prefer him over most anyone coming into a game..... with the exception of Nunez.... Garrett.... Butto.... and Diaz this season. Has he been disappointing?? Yes.....but what relief pitcher doesn't go through a struggling time at some point?? He will get it together after the break.
