Keep posting on these zs 190cc we need help. I need to fix mine tommrow at the shop brand new engine popping out of gear. I see the new ones have a mod allready on shift star. Hit md up ill subscribe
Quick fix would to bend the arm some more to keep better pressure. Other is a set of washers and bolt. Join ZS190 swap shop on facebook and do a search for shifter star.
Did you say the Dayton 190 4 valve will fit on a z's 190 2 valve engine? I thought they were made differently hole placement? Do you no if the oil pick up mod and hyabusa / Suzuki clutch springs mod will work on the 190 or if it's possible to do also. Thanks for your time and reply.✌️👍👌
Hi.i have the zongshen 190cc a d the gears on the back of the clutch keep breaking I have replaced the gears and the clutch 2 times a d after less than 2 hours of running they brake.does some one know what is going on?
I took the my engine to a mechanic to find out what the problem was and the bearings in the engine aren't a good fit and causes the engine to brake. It isn't worth getting it fixed. Money down the drain. If any one is thinking about buying one don't
