We share with you the First Service experience of our Tata Nexon EV Dark Edition 2021. In this video you will see what all work was carried out in the first service, the experience of dealing with Tata Motors dealership staff and a charging related issue that can be helpful for potential buyers and existing EV owners. Also a warranty work will be carried out on the car, will keep you guys posted on how it goes. Apart from that we will update you on the service cost of the electric car.
Hopefully you guys will find this video helpful and we will be posting more updates on the car going forward.

So, how do you charge vehicke. My suggestion is to talk with EB authorities, give acwritten complaint for high voltage issue. It is mandatory nowadays to maintain the specific parameters of voltage, frequency etc as per rule

Hi Santhosh, thanks for sharing this info. We have given an application to electricity board and they are looking into it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. For now car is charging fine at night time when we charge it the mostly.

You shd remove the plastic cover from seats.. Shd be done immediately after getting delivery..

Resistance measured in ohms.and get a good electricians to install new earthing for your home it is a safety measure.

You seem to have a floating neutral issue in the transformer of your EB board. Since Neutral is always referenced to earth as the earth floats you get high voltage.

Can you put another huge battery in dicky of Nexon to charge it from there , it may increase range

Nope. The weight of battery will be so heavy that it will drain the actual battery way faster.

@@RahulKaushik09 thank you sir for ans , but what I am asking is for smaller battery which can increase range to 40/50, kms more in case of dire needs, is that wise?? Few tech channels are showing portable light weight capable batteries for EV car charging. But i agree with you

The only important one is the 60:40 split seat at the rear with head rests. Other than that nothing much.

Any difference in the car insurance cost with EV versus the normal ICE cars ,Anything specific coverage wise

Not much to be honest. Currently there is limited companies that provide EV insurance like Acko, Bajaj Allianz from what I have found. Cost for new car insurance should be around 40k to 50k depending on the tenure.

What's a need of so much obsession with things u have? 2 months and seat plastic is still there. Remove on day 1 and enjoy seat.

Because I have renovations at home and I need the car to get lot of home improvement stuff. Seat labourers sometimes when they need to go with me. So yeah I don't want to ruin the seats of my new car. Once it's done will remove it.
