Wilson was hit after he started sliding. It would have been a clean hit if Wilson didn't start sliding. You can't hit a QB if they're giving themselves up no matter what, it is what it is.

He hadn't gotten rid of the ball yet. If he had kicked the ball then got ran into it would have been a roughing the kicker call.

Also, Hurts should really start to avoid throwing hospital passes, since in the first play shown in the video there was the backup TE completely free from any kind of coverage and he should have seen him, instead he decided to throw that ball on a 3 & 8 (If I am not mistaken ) to Swift who was clearly going to get blasted, just to get a completion

The call was only because he drove all his weight onto Carr - it's going to get called every time nowadays thanks to the Barr/Rodgers incident The shoulder-to-shoulder hit on Mahomes while the play was still live got flagged, that was a bad call!

believe it or not its better facing away because the roll up is not as bad on the legs. that poor guy tried to get out of the way and might not have gotten his leg off the ground. we bend at the knee backwards so a hit to the butt and our joint just wraps (could hurt the ankles though). I hope he recovers quickly and maybe they look at giving those guys a few more steps, or , on the sidelines.

And a clean hit too. I was at that game. Seen it on the big screen after and sucks, but it was clean.
