Lol dude I could not believe that. Like I thought there might have been something going on there where he deserved the penalty. But when they showed the replay he literally got face masked so hard it broke his helmet... Then the refs went back reviewed the play and decided throwing a penalty wasn't enough, and they had to classify it as taunting and warn him about disqualification. Like what?!
Ngl that one shocked me. Everyone had been going on and on about how every call on the Eagles or Jacksonville game were the bad ones, but I think that takes the cake. Glad they showed that here.
I came here to comment the same. That’s horrendous. These videos and all the other bad calls not even put into them is why I only watch a few highlight videos each week. NFL has lost me as a devoted fan.
@@lindaromero7780 I'm not even a fan of either team (Bengals fan since the late 70's) but bullshit is exactly that, bullshit. Goodell suspends a photo guy at a Dolphins game while refusing to address game officials. Tells me that he's in on it and the whole reason is Sports Betting.
as an eagles fan myself i can agree that game was kinda trash but that was probably the game of the year with the 50 yard field goal and dont tell me im wrong
It is so obvious one of two things is happening. Either the refs suck so bad and should be replaced, or they are trying to dictate the outcome of the game.
@@Warpenguin55 what I meant on my comment was that if they keep putting the same team with the refs influence examples being eagles and Chiefs people would lose interest in the sport due to favoritism
They should've called the unnecessary roughness aginst the Ravens and that should've given the Bolts a first and goal, and maybe 7 points instead of 3. Who knows? Maybe that call changed the turn of events in the whole game.
Breh , I’m a ravens fan and saw that shit live . Jumped out my seat like Geno you stupid fuck , I was tripping when it ended up a penalty against the chargers 😂 the refs made sure that game ain’t cover 💀
@@juanmanuelhernandezalvarez533Maybe it did. But then, maybe two obviously short ball spots by refs taking at least 6 points off the board for the Ravens did all that too. Honestly, it was a pretty muffed up ref job all the way around for a primetime game.
@@DaEagles71024 - He was grabbed from the FRONT of the jersey and started to swing him around. Then also got the back of the jersey as he continued to swing him around. He was pulled directly down from either the shoulder pad or jersey above the name plate.
What's crazy is before this season, we were almost always getting the short end, but now it seems like these terrible calls are favoring us. Something's kinda fishy.
@@the_algorithm Yes, but I hate Romo on the Eagles games. Sometimes he has a point, like the holding on Diggs, but most of the time, he just craps on the Eagles and complains about fouls that the other team isn't getting, but also neither team has been getting those fouls. Romo isn't an unbiased announcer, and he really needs to just be the Cowboys local announcer, not an NFL announcer.
They really need to implement the xfl way of doing calls.... have a designated man Up top reviewing each play and call in live action in direct contact with the refs on the field to correct these obvious horrendous calls and have the reasoning be transparent just like the xfl does....
@bolbyballinger you would think so... but like mlb umpires they don't want to be told that they got calls wrong because they have huge ego's and are fragile, that's why pass interference review was such a flop because they made sure to have the worst nfl referee who is retired in the booth to make them look good and agree with the calls made
Lol once again the horrible calls take up more time than the heated moments. The fact that it takes less time to show a bunch of aggressive males losing their tempers in a physical game vs referees making terrible calls is telling.
............. no. Maybe you should watch the video again and pay attention this time. The refs are obviously favouring teams. Even a blind person can see that.
@scottjarnagin348 yeah but next week the teams that weren't in this video will be in the next one. I'm not saying they're not screwing with the games, but it seems as though everyone gets a piece depending on the week.
@@rebeccalathrop7802 Buffalo got a lot of leeway with Phillips having at least one penalty every drive that wasn't called and at least two dirty plays (both unsportsmanlike conduct and unnecessary roughness that should have gotten him disqualified), including him shoving a fan that should have resulted in a hefty fine and him being disqualified from the game and maybe some suspension time. That along with all of their penalties going on their last scoring drive where they could win the game but didn't. And they had that opportunity twice. Kelce flinched twice, and Elliott came in clutch. It's not our fault your kicker also missed a field goal that would have won you the game in the long run.
As long as there are no consequences for bad calls and no calls then nothing will change. They can do whatever they want without fear of losing their job
@@PM-qp5hehave full time refs, refs that KNOWS the rules, or refs have to sign a deal that prohibited actions like betting on games or favoritism towards an certain team (example being the Eagles ref during the dolphins game on week 7)
@@ChrisJZedStormzone-fz8od i meant fix as in controlling the outcome or the point spread of the game. theres not reason this coulnt been taken care of more than 10 years ago when they had instareply in hd
@@ChrisJZedStormzone-fz8odI believe they're saying, the refs are calling the games exactly how they're told to call the games. So .. their boss says, give this team the edge...then when they do, they did their job. Get it?
The Bills v Eagles lowlights made me genuinely laugh…like oh so fuck bro almost breaking Josh Allen’s neck it was intentional grounding…you know it’s bad when you can’t do anything but laugh at the insanity.
Refs need to be fined and/or be required to answer (on camera) questions after the game during their own press conference. This is getting way out of hand and we aren't even playing football anymore. As the great Lombardi said "What the hell is going on out there"
Jordan Phillips played dirty all game long and only got 1 flag, on the Gave Davis td the center was downfield which is a penalty. And that roughing the passer call was bs. The bills weren’t the only one who had to deal with bullshit.
@@BushaZ That roughing the passer against Philly was pretty weak imo though. Or Phillips bull-rushing the OL and driving him 7yds back on a false start. Could've been called a pf but wasn't. Reffing was atrocious though I agree. Definitely would have been upset if I was a Bills fan.
As a saints fan the way that no call is insulting because it looks like the same one in the NFC Championship when we lost to the Rams. honestly the refs were taunting us with that no call
The ball landed out of bounds and wasn't in the field of play. Also, after the fair catch was made the player moved toward the sideline. There were several reasons that shouldn't have been called.
@@bailey-bobthorton1950 the ball bounced it landed in the field of play then bounced out. Also you can not touch someone making a fair catch no matter what. Where he goes after the fair catch doesn’t matter because you can’t advance a fair catch. That’s kinda the point of a fair catch. It’s fair catch interference.

The problem with the holding call on the PHI-BUF game is that the old proverbial "Holding happens on every play". But this one's obvious. The NFL rulebook states that all that needs to happen is the hands and arms are used to restrict and change the path of the defender -- and as wide as those hands started, that call was obvious!
And the Bills still got away with more flags than were called on both teams combined. And ultimately the game fell in their hands when they got the ball first in OT. people will do Olympic level mental gymnastics just to hate on Philly 😂😂😂
A few of these videos I was like “ok they missed a few calls in each game” but now I’m like “what the hell?!” A lot of these calls were right in front of a ref too!
The officiating is "FIXed" That is the essence of these videos Many of these calls and non calls literally determine the outcome of games, AND you'll often see (if you watch close enough) that some calls are only made AFTER the play is over. As if the result of the play was not desired so it was flagged, otherwise it was fine.
From what I have seen the younger umpires are doing really well in the MLB, it's the old mfs like angel messing things up there. I think the nfl could learn from the MLB and give ref scorecards, not for individual referees but the team as a whole.
This past week was wild. When the calls were right; they’d call it on the wrong guy. They almost never get the right person for holding😂💀 also Patterson about made that red shit his pants lmaoo.
It’s always been a debate if refs are being paid off or not But the amount of games where almost all the bad calls were put against one team and not the other is mind blowing and should be enough evidence to prove something else is going on other then bad refereeing
Normally I try to play devil's advocate in this series, many calls are defensible, but this week, a couple of those games were downright fixed. If I were Vegas, I'd cancel all bets on that Houston game, good god
Bills got absolute fleeced. Pissed all over the eagles and the refs shut them down point blank in many ways. Not sure how that crew is not under investigation
If they aren’t going to implement replay assist then they need to start fining the refs for bad/missed calls, otherwise the only option is a complete boycott of the games and merchandise which will never happen.
Still pissed off that the refs handed the jags a free win. Yes there was bad calls on both sides for the jags and texans but all those pi calls on the texans were just horrible, they even negated 60ish yard bomb from stroud to dell as illegal motion but yet tyreek does that every snap (not in a bad way btw just comparing them) and then said the sideline catch to dell was outta bounds when he had both feet in.
(0:24) Terry McAulay sounds pissed. I've never heard this angry before; and he's reffed some very intense games. I respect that he tried hard to keep his composure.
And NOTHING from the league?!!! If they're not gonna be held accountable for this bullshit, don't expect it to stop. Also seems like the players KNOW they won't get called for blatant penalties. I call RIGGED.
I just don’t understand how there are only 7 officials and NY in charge of the officiating for this multi-billion dollar industry. Why isn’t there a “ref” in NY for every single player on the field? Additionally why don’t those refs vote on controversial calls? Why leave basically every call to the field refs?
All of those no calls in the first half of the video, holy shit man... I'm an Eagles fan, and that Buffalo game, there were so many missed calls against the Eagles, it's like the NFL was telling the Refs to give them the game or make it go to overtime. Unreal.
The Lamar first down is a weird one because by the NFL rule that isn't a first down because the ball must be inbounds or brought back inbounds past the first down marker, the ref have just been ignoring it for so long people have forgotten the actual rule.
I watch a lot of college football and about 7 times every single game after a play I think "that would have been a penalty call in the NFL" although they are getting worse also in ticky tack calls. Thank you for these videos.
It’s crazy how every week there are so many bad calls that it accumulates to at least 10+ minutes. There’s room for human error but geez these refs are garbage
