As a Viking fan.. I find the issue in that he drove him to the ground like he did, even if he "pulled up" at the last second. I thought that was what is unnecessary roughness on a QB. I don't know how he is supposed to know the QB kneels down there.. Game was pretty awful all around.

I love that half the announcers are like “this is a rivalry you should hate each other, that’s how it should be” and the others in rivalry games are like “that’s disgusting just awful bad”. I get not costing your team a penalty but sheesh a little shove and announcer treat it like knitting championship 2021
The QB slide is the dumbest thing. You either hit them and take the penalty or don't and let him keep running because you don't know if he's going to slide and most of the time they're not in a position to stop but it'll still be called
That thumbnail reminds me of a time last year when some guy tried to pick a fight with the toughest dude on our team so a coach had to come in and save that kids life
They need to make a rule were the quarterback runs out the pocket he would be treated like any other player on the field. I've seen so many missed tackles on quarterbacks just because they don't want to get penalized. It's crazy!
There should be a limit to how many unsporting and unnecessary roughness calls 1 team can have in a game before players start just getting ejected. Vikings seemed to be going out to rack them up against the bears
