In the playoffs against Toronto at home, the Lightning blew a 1-goal lead to lose in OT, and a 3-goal lead to lose in OT. They decided to complete the trifecta and blow a 2-goal lead to lose in OT.

Great comeback by the Buds!! I’m starting to really like the Domi & Knies combination. Special shout out to Joseph “the Berlin” Woll who stopped 30 of 30 shots. He is absolutely incredible and will be the number one goalie before the year is over.

I wanna see more of Knies and Domi, they made each other look like stars out there. JT and Nylanders chemistry remains amazing, and Woll. He is absolutely incredible. I feel bad for Sammy but, maybe seeing Woll play like that is what he needs to jumpstart his game back up. TB stays losing to the Leafs in OT after blowing a lead.

Wendal Clarke's last game in Maple Leaf Gardens was with Tampa that night he and got the loudest cheers at the pregame .... With 10 10 lest in second period The Leafs were down 3-0 The best game I ever saw which was that night ended with The Leafs winning in OT 4-3

Joseph Woll stopped 30 of 30 shots. Tampa Bay’s goalie stopped 50 out of 54 shots. I would say Joseph Woll won that battle hands down. No disrespect to Johansson

Keefe said he was planning on starting Woll against the Caps anyways so we'll have to see how many starts he gets from there

Sammy is by far the overall goalie, he's just struggling at the moment

@@jeffreycairns767I don't think that's true to be honest. Samsonov's best year stats wise was last year and Leafs had a stacked team defensively and offensively. Way better than now. And even then, Woll has shown to be better on most opportunities he has been given. What I mainly feel is the difference is that Samsonov can play his heart out and out of his mind in some games, and then out of the blue let a softy come in from the blue line(hello Panthers). Woll from what he has shown is way more stable. Perhaps won't demonstrate Vasilevsky or Bobrovsky level of absurd elastic defenses, but he will give us a better peace of mind that not every shot on the goal can be *the shot that randomly goes in* as we have with Sammy. Love Samsonov, but Woll has been the best GT since the Playoffs against the Panthers. Also, keep in mind that he is younger than Sammy, so a lot of room to get better and better.
