‘Fifteen Feet Of Pure White Snow’ was the second single taken from the band’s 11th album ‘No More Shall We Part’. Originally released in May 2001, the single featured the Bad Seeds line up of Nick Cave, Mick Harvey, Warren Ellis, Blixa Bargeld, Martyn P Casey,Thomas Wydler
& Conway Savage with backing vocals from Kate & Anna McGarrigle & Jim Sclavunos. The video featured cameo appearances by Jarvis Cocker, Noah Taylor and Jason Donovan.

Damn! I was drinking and found this video...and wanted to see Nick so much, that I bought a ticket on Ticketmaster for May 9th 2020, but I was so drunk ,that I didn't realize that the concert is in Dublin...and I am in Atlanta... Now I am going to get drunk tomorrow again and buy air ticket. Why, Nick, you do not visit Atlanta anymore??? See you in Dublin! P.S. Nick heard my cry.(too late)😂😂😂he comes to Atlanta on October 3 rd... I've got the ticket, this time being sober..will see Nick 2 times this year, he is worth it! Now , when Dublin concert is cancelled, waiting you back at home in Atlanta in October...just need to return my Delta ticket. P.S. The concert is rescheduled for April 24 th 2021.Now have to rebook hotel and flights.. damn corona.see Nick in Atlanta first.😀

Don't give him all the credit. He's done a lot for the sound of Nick's music in the later years, which was a big part of why Mick Harvey left. I can't blame him, I prefer the earlier sound of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds as well.

Watching the Bad Seeds dance in their own videos is pure bliss. I love how they dance with all their heart but they don’t take themselves all that seriously at it. Blixa has some fun moves always. I love how The innovator of German post-punk industrial experimental sound evolved over the years into a very well rounded , professional musician. How lucky we are that Nick met Blixa. Pure Musical alchemy.

I'm from Bosna i Hercegovina. The part of country where I live is west Hercegovina. Yesterday was the first day of spring. Usually it's warm in this time of year and people are wery busy with agriculture. But every 10 or 15 years snow is falling down on this day. With you my friend, although it's my 53rd year I saw and met them when they were touring with The Good Son album in the early 90s, at the Somerville Theater in metro Boston. Epic, although I have to admit, most of us would not have guessed how far they'd get in the decades to follow. They just got better and better as they produced albums. Just saw them 2 years ago and they're still amazing 😍. The solo Livestream he just did from the Alexandria Palace in London was also top notch. I saw it live, but it was on YT last I checked.

Crowley9 It's funny, but I had been drawing parallels between Nick and Jarvis. I was watching Nick walking down the road in a video thinking to myself that Nick must be one of these really uncool cool blokes...a bit like Jarvis Cocker. Three or four videos later they appear in a video together. Not a surprise really, I was more surprised to see Jason Donovan!

The Original FULL length song is MUCH better, like they butchered 2 Verses out and half the meaning. I so hate how they 'Bastardised' this song whoever posted it. How to see Original Version... 15feet of pure white snow is obviously a reference to cocaine. In an interview I read Nick cave then invited all his cocaine loving friends to film the music video, hence why Jarvis Cocker, Jason Donovan are in the video.

Myślę że są, tylko się nie odzywają ;) Ja na ten przykład bywam tu regularnie - żeby puścić ten kawałek w pustym domu na cały regulator i tańczyć, tańczyć w transie. Nick Cave wprowadza mnie w trans. Wydaje mi się czasem, że jest kimś w rodzaju kaznodziei. Nie do końca wierzący kaznodzieja - na dzisiejsze czasy. Jak dobrze, że ten geniusz nagrał ten nieprawdopodobny kawałek! Obojętnie czy natchnęła go kokaina, czy Opatrzność....Oby Bóg miał go w opiece!

It's not easy dancing in slow motion. Jason Donavon looking the happiest of the lot of them at the prospect of 15' of pure 🤧 Seriously though I love the man Nick and I love the music but this repeating Christianity theme in much of his work is lost on me.
