How come monfils achieved 6th in the world and kyrigos only achieved 13th? Monfils has won more prize money and made semi-finals. If Kyrigos had novak's attitude and work ethic he very believably could be by far the better player, but he doesn't.

Both these guys are entertainers and competitors. Their different styles and unorthodox shots are used with such skill and most importantly they get in their opponent's head. To a casual fan and from what i see 'older' generations, all this is deemed stupid and disrespectful, sometimes cool. To a player or just someone who knows how to read the game.. some of these shots are super smart and no doubt of the utmost respect to their opponents.

I would say neither have good attitude. Monfils wants to entertain the crowd and himself (if his opponent is same he enjoys it the most) which isnt really the best way as they say "the champion mindset". Nick Kyrgios is simply so talented it got to his head and he thinks hes the god but refuses to put any real effort into tennis. I think its Anakin Skywalker (Kyrgios) vs Joker (Monfils) but neither of them is healthy for their game.

Yes Federer, Nadal and Djokovic have had their moments too but it's rare. They play straight to the point, no messing around. Grand Slams speak for themselves.
