I gotta say, while I wish they could have gotten the original voice actor back, I think this kid is doing a fantastic job as Gerald! He sounds really good!
They did recast him once already for The Jungle Movie. Unlike Arnold, however, they kept the same actor the entire original series and just pitched up his voice at one point.
Gerald deserves the title coolest kid on the block. Anyway the only characters for a spotlight left are Reptar, Rocko, Zim, Jenny, Azula, Korra and Lucy.
Gerald is my one of my favorite characters in "Hey Arnold!" Really nice that he got in! It's nice that all of these secondary or side characters are getting more respect! They deserve it! Plus, I'm always happy when I see Jenny!

Not a character I wanted, but one of the reasons I respect this game is because it does what it wants with its roster, instead of going for obvious popular picks. I really love this approach to a roster so much more than the Smash Bros approach. Also bring back Oblina.
I never would've thought that Arnold's Best Friend and Partner in Crime, Gerald, would be in *Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2* game this year. Didn't saw this one coming.
It wouldn't surprise me if the skateboard special attack is a way for the developers to experiment if a Rocket Power character could work for their roster.

Is it me or did they give the role of Gerald to the same guy who voices Gus on The Owl House? EDIT: Also does Gerald NOT have his own stage? So far I've only seen one Hey Arnold related stage in the footage, The Aquarium, and I'm assuming that's Grandma's stage.
It doesn't have a scenario because they didn't have time to make one, just telling you that it also reuses Grandma Gertie's entrance animation says it all.
I know I'm thinking ahead, but If you guys ever decide to do a Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 3, you should definitely take a page from Super Smash Brothers Ultimate and bring back every character from this game and the previous one, while also still adding new ones.
i hope they fix that weird white occlusion-like texture on the audience with the spotlight on that new spongebob burger-ring stage, before they release the game
