As a Psychedelic era Boomer I don't really understand the hate and contempt this band gets. They made one of the best videos I ever saw, "Saving Me". And it was a pretty good song. Doing justice to Steve Earle is another plus. This just popped up in my RU-vid Mix and it doesn't suck.
Saw this incredible performance in Charlotte in September! I'm 72 went with my youngest son in his 30's--a mother-son bonding event. Nickelback appeals to all ages! The show was fantastic! The crowd was rockin', even on a weeknight!
I’ve never understood all the hatred towards “Nickleback”?! They are a Canadian band & Canada should be proud of them but instead get nothing but hate & ignorance as well as from other countries but in saying that they also have a big fan base obviously or they wouldn’t be as big as they are & selling out big arena shows. “Nickleback” has paid tribute to bands that they grew up with such as Metallica - PanterA & country music stars Etc. Another great Canadian band is “Theory Of A Deadman” which were founded by “Nickleback” 🤘
🎸 One of the Greatest Songs ever written and performed in 1988 by the Great man Steve Earl-An American Classic.Often Mimicked but will never match Steve Earls version (great video too)This song will last 4EVER.
well there's the entire country of Canada, the internet, anybody at all who generally disapproves of douchery, Vancouver , almost every music critic on the planet , lots of people.....
…. And there’s anyone with taste in music, who have IQ’s over 12, who don’t have a tin ear, who don’t want to hear one of the plethora of bands that all sound exactly alike from that era, they all hate them….
I honestly love Nickelback and they remind me of U2 only edgier and I love their take on this song by Texas legend steve earle I'm from Texas and they did it well
