I love your nighttime routine! I add journal time with me and my 2 boys ( 6 and 8) they have kids gratitude journal and i also drink some kind of sleepy tea.
Thank you for sharing and reminding us how we can make less daunting to tackle our days Fortunately, I do work remotely 2 days out of the week so I will plan to use that time to tidy and clean the house so we don't have to spend hours cleaning each week 😅

I think the cleaning up throughout the day works more for people who work from home full time, but maybe not if you don't. So guess it depends on people's lifestyle etc. do you have a routine that you do the week before your time of the month that you feel helps you to prepare?
Yes everyone’s schedules different. I notice my appetite is bigger that week and I’m moodier. I try to focus on lots of salmon and Whole Foods, rest and recovery!
What time do your boys go to bed? My 3 and 6 year old are in bed at 7:30 but my older stays up later, which makes me have barely any time to myself at night 😩 I try to be in bed by 9:30
Oh I’m right there w you! That’s one of the reasons I like to get upstairs and into bed so early- I have to constantly go back into their room lol. My youngest somehow ends up in my bed every night

Thanks. RU-vid has not been a main source of income for my business for quite a few years now. We just post here bc we love it. Michael handles everything business wise behind the scenes, all editing, contracts, emails, etc. So helpful- I could not do it without him.
I focus on eating Whole Foods 100%. But tracking has really helped me to reach my goals. Currently tracking at my “maintenance” calories so I can ensure I’m hitting my protein, fiber, carb and fat goals daily. I was significantly under eating everything except fat. This has helped me with fatigue, anemia, muscle building, recovery etc. I don’t see tracking as a negative- it’s data that keeps me on track. If it’s triggering for you just focus on plate building and def don’t do it. Thanks for watching!
