He walked in one one neighborhood early in the evening which is filled with vibrant areas. New York is huge with many different neighborhoods. I’ve been to many places in Europe and I’ve live in New York for 15 years. Both have their merits but to say New York doesn’t have good nightlife is insane and shows that you don’t know what you’re talking about.

This is just the village lol. There are like 30 different neighborhoods throughout Manhattan
