@@RozehKakes jon hung out a lot with holly (ross's ex wife who cheated on him) who's apparently a bird nut, and on the home alone video spaghetti and jacques but fly around him. so by those two things i'd say they don't have their wings clipped.

A couple years late, but I know from experience that some birds associate loud with happy. Our old budgie was that way - if people started talking loud or shouting, she'd get excited and bob her head and make happy kissing noises (we always kissed her beak and she learned to imitate it to show affection). I've seen Jacques do similar and head bob when Jon gets loud. So not only is he okay with the volume, but he views it as fun.

This is only my 2nd/3rd
