Nightwish 🇫🇮 - High Hopes | REACTION | NEVER HEARD THIS! 

I see Marco as a metal legend in Europe, who didn't need to be in Nightwish to be great. Rather, his presence in the band made it significantly greater. With the addition of Floor, Nightwish really was something of a Super Group. He is very missed. 🤘🤘🤘

Jukka (the drummer) suffered from a really bad migrane in this concert, mostly why he is crouching up since he was in such pain. He suffers from chronic insomnia wich later forced him to step down from the drumming. He handpicked his friend Kai to replace him. Jukka is still with the band in a managing role. We all hope to see him back behind the drums one day. If Tuomas is the brain in Nightwish, then Jukka is certainly the heart. Great reaction and looking forward to see more from you.

This was the last concert of a tour in 2005. After this concert they fired Tarja by letter. It was an unanimous dececion by the guys. You can see they're not happy. At 4.29 you can see Tuomas give a sideways nod to Emppu to check on Jukka as that hanging over his drumkit was not a normal thing to do for him. Perhaps because of the lyrics of the song and their feelings of that moment that this song made/makes such an impact as Marko puts all his emotions in it. To let the fans know what was going on they publiced the letter which caused an avalance of negativity of angry fans and media. Tuomas, as the founder and therefore the spokesman of the band, took the brunt of it all. Together with this, the loss of a dear friend, feelings of guilt etc, he fell into a deep depression. Later he put all of his emotions into songs of which "Poem and the Pendulum" is the ultimate masterpiece, a true heartbreaking song, beautiful and with a lot of empathy sung by Floor. If you ever going react to this song and for a good appreciation of it please search for info on this and use subtitles. They made a 6-episodes docu about leading up to this last concert "A Day Before Tomorrow", it explains a lot. Greetings!

This is their tribute to the music of Pink Floyd.

There's only one Pink Floyd (yes I know about the band line-up changes before), but my word do Marcos's vocals and the band come together to rival the original one! Warning to susceptible people: this may become an earworm, Marco's voice and Emppu's guitar are superb.

The greatest band ever , sick of the Beatles and stones. Floyd outclassed all of them. Rush was lyrically and musically genius as well. Nightwish is my intellectual and musical queen and king. Lyrically miles ahead as well My opinion only.
