Nihari Masala for 1.5-2kg Meat
Main focus is to learn the steps, you can add or less anything according to your choice.
Sabit Dhaniya: 1 tbsp
Sabit Zeera: 1 tbsp
Sabit Lal mirch (gol wali): 5-6
Saunf: 2 tbsp
Daar chini: 1 stick
Long: 1 tsp
Jaefil: ½ tsp
Jawitri: ½ tsp
Namak: to taste
Kaali mirch: 1 tsp
Haldi: 1 tsp
Kashmiri laal mirch/Talhaarmirch powder: 2 tsbp
Red Chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Bari Elaichi: 2-3
Choti: Elachi: 7-8
Saunth/ginger powder: 1 tsp
Pipli (long pepper) 4-5 daanay
Grind and store for months in refrigerator
Sprinkle ⬇️ Masala over your Nihari when you dish it out:
2 tbsp sabit zeera
2 tbsp Sabit dhaniya
Roast them in a pan for 3-5 minutes.
Grind and enjoy!
You can use this masala in your other gravies too
