Just got ours and I can agree to the Big ole box. Definetly buy the throw away tray liners To sit the food on, keep it clean all the time

Just got mine, and it was a big ole box too. I was thinking it looked smaller than I thought and that I could not get a chicken in it. Glad to see you can.

Does the sound of the air come when just cooking in tray 1? - sounds a stupid question but mine only makes noise when running tray 2

Just press match to cook both sides for the same time

Do you find that the machine makes a clicking sound when your cooking food in both baskets at the same time? I think it is turning the heating element on and off to regulate temp. I don’t notice it when I only using one basket to cook.

What size are the chickens the baskets are too small for whole chickens sure they are not pigeons thanks
