No, Has to be R2R or consult 3. Many scan tools will also do this with the QR code

Hi Sam. Have you had insurance where in middle of ECU flash laptop restarts basicly corrupted the ECU n now No communication -its dead. i was able put Used ECU n made immo/keys work thanx to Autel-but i CANT change VIN to match vehicle VIN. Vehicle runs, drives, no codes but has VIN from other car. I know it be issue when comes to Smog Check - its looking for it. Anyways What Soft can Change VIN in ECU/ECM any suggestions?
